We had such a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. The beautiful house, peaceful location, and lake made it the perfect relaxing getaway. The home had everything we needed, and we especially loved spending time on the porch, relaxing in the hammock, and kayaking on the lake. We would happily stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your absolutely gorgeous property! The house had every amenity you could possibly need - and then some! The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during the 4th of July heat wave!The house itself was a vacation. The pond access, complete with SUPs and kayaks, was amazing, and we spent alot of time on the beautiful farmer's porch. The hammock chairs were a perfect place to relax with a drink. When we did venture out, the location was excellent with easy access on and off the Cape. It was also close to Onset, Wareham, and Plymouth.Jennifer and David were very communicative, welcoming, and accommodating. Everything was seamless and they were always available for questions.If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with everything you need for both adventure and downtime, this is the perfect place. We already miss the porch!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's house. The house was warm and inviting and full of country charm. We enjoyed kayaking on the pond and paddle boarding. We fished the Cape Cod canal which was super close and visited many local beaches! We also went shopping in Hyannis! We really enjoyed Tree House Brewing that was only 15 minutes away with great craft beer and pizza and a wonderful view of the beach! Jennifer was a fantastic host, always responsive and answered any questions we had. We will defiantly be back!

We had an amazing time. Jennifer was an amazing host and has an amazing well cared for home. Plenty of room for large families and easy in and out of the cape! Extremely quiet and relaxing! Will absolutely be back! Best part we were able to bring our fur babies as well! Thank you Jennifer.

Jennifer's space is an incredible and unique experience that I would highly recommend for groups. We enjoyed the ample space and cozy environment.

Our group of three adults, three kids and a dog really enjoyed our week at this charming farmhouse. The location on the pond was beautiful and peaceful. The highlight for the kids ages 7-11 was kayaking and paddle boarding and fishing. They caught and released several fish! We also enjoyed the fire pit and making s'mores. The house is so comfortable with a large sectional couch in the tv room. The kitchen has high end appliances and was equipped with everything that we needed. The location is great, convenient to wonderful restaurants and all the Cape has to offer. Overall this was a wonderful and memorable stay for our family.

Wonderful arts-and-crafts house with a lot of character and a lot of comfort, on a lovely pond. Beautiful woodwork, comfortable beds. Fabulously well-appointed and well-supplied. Lots of space, perfect for a family vacation.

We felt it was a perfect place for a family get-together. An added bonus was kayaking and paddle boarding right in the backyard! With 4 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen we never felt crowded. Our stay was a delight, and we thank Jennifer for being spot on with communication.

This was, by far, the best vacation rental we've ever invested in! The house was exactly as described and identical to the photos in the listing. The kitchen was stunning and jam packed with everything! The house is organized so well with plenty of towels and supplies. The appliances were all in great working condition and modern. It was very comfortable for the 7 of us... it even had exactly 7 Adirondack chairs by the fire pit... a perfect fit! Very serene location and those of us that wanted to, partook in using the pond for kayaking and fishing. It was a great vacation in a great location.

We had a wonderful week staying at J&J Farmhouse. The house is spacious and filled with beautiful detail. Jennifer was a gracious and very responsive host. We enjoyed all of the extras the home provides such as kayaking on the lake, lawn games and making s'mores in the fire pit. The home is well stocked with thoughtful items (extra throw blankets, beach towels personal care items and a VERY well stocked kitchen). We would rent again anytime!

This house was absolutely perfect. Our family consisted of 6 adults, 3 kids and dogs. It fit us all comfortably and was extremely spacious. The house was immaculate, both inside and out. Everything was well stocked as well. Would definitely recommend!! Communication was also excellent! Thanks Jennifer!!

Jennifer's house was very clean and one of the best stocked places I've stayed at. We arrived in the beginning of a 3 day heat wave and was slightly surprised that the main floor didn't have air conditioning but there were plenty of fans in the house that cooled those living spaces down nicely. The air conditioners in the upstairs bedroom worked beautifully and the beds were super comfortable. We ended up tripping a circuit during our stay and Jennifer was super responsive ( responded in under 5 minutes) and guided us to the breaker box and all was corrected in no time. Would definitely stay there again with my family if we are ever out in Cape Cod again. It was lovely spending the mornings having a tea on the covered porch and looking out to the pond while on the kitchen and dining room.

Very clean and beautiful. House was clearly labeled and stocked with the random things you don't think you need. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful old farmhouse in peaceful countryside setting yet close to road systems and anything else you need. Located on large pond with kayak's and paddleboards. Very nice large yard and firepit with lots of outdoor seating. Our four Grandson's had a blast there and the weather was beautiful. Jennifer the Host was awesome and very responsive anytime we had a question.

Such a great stay this week at Jennifer's house- 5 adults, 4 kids, plenty of space in a beautiful home, with peaceful surroundings and close to all of the amazing things the Cape has to offer- would highly recommend!

Me and 9 friends stayed here and absolutely loved it! The pictures don't do it justice it was very spacious and a perfect spot for a big group. The location was great not too far from things but private and right on the pond. We loved the available kayaks and paddle boards, campfire tons of stuff to do right at the house. Very worth it! Host was responsive and helpful.

The house and property were great! The house was exactly as described, but better. The house was immaculate which is something I really appreciate when I travel. The house was very comfortable and very well stocked. Comfy beds and couch. My husband forgot his toothbrush and was so happy to find a pack of them in the cabinet to avoid a late night run to a local store. The pond was great, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking! Our pup was very comfortable as well. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the house, pond, and amenities. Jennifer was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. Great find!

The only thing wrong with the house according to my wife, was the pictures didn't do the house justice! We had a wicked awesome time, the house, location and amenities were perfect! my daughter caught her first Bass and the house is great for family's. Definitely will be staying again next time we are on vacation and visiting family on the Cape.Mike and family

My family had a fantastic stay at Jennifer's place over Christmas. The home was clean, comfortable, and decorated for the holidays. The sitting room had a beautiful view of the pond. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We were able to make a feast with the equipment on hand. Throughout our stay, Jennifer was very responsive. Jennifer's place is a great spot for a family getaway.

This house was amazing! My group came to stay for a wedding and a few of us were groomsmen. We had plenty of space to all sleep and get ready for the big day. The house being right on water made for great pictures before the wedding and the location was great for us to get to all the festivities and also check out some different restaurants in the area. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

My group's stay at Jennifer's farmhouse was outstanding–smooth check-in process, house stocked with essentials and more, and clear checkout instructions. It's the perfect size home for a larger group. most of all, our host was extremely kind and communicative. We're already discussing our next trip to stay in their beautiful home.

We had a wonderful weekend. Found the house to be very relaxing. We had a busy weekend and it was a nice place to go back to. Loved the farmers porch. We would not hesitate to book this house again

The house was over and beyond our expectations

Our family enjoyed coming back here again to spend the long weekend as an extended family (ages 3.5-70+). We enjoyed the location and everything the house has to offer. We would certainly come back again!

he J & J Air BNB was exactly as described. Jennifer is definitely a 5-star host. Always available via the BN website. The home is beautifully situated on a lovely spring fed pond located at the back of the house. The kitchen is excellent with gas range - great for cooking. Every amenity you need is there. The queen mattresses were very comfy and the linens so soft. The dining table easily accommodates 10 people. We enjoyed using the kayaks and watching hawks dive for their morning breakfast! The home is situated less than 1 mile off Route 24 and accessible to all activities in Bourne. Main Street is delightful, with many excellent restaurants. We selected this home for all it offered in addition to the HANDICAP RAMP. Thank you, Jennifer!

A very peaceful setting with lake to kayak. What could be better?

Jennifer's farmhouse was large enough to accommodate our family of 8. Both inside and outside spaces were large and comfortable. The pristine pond where we could kayak and paddleboard (the equipment was available to us for the week) totally added to the charm and fun! Plenty to do in Bourne, Buzzards Bay, and the surrounding area. Several of us biked the different bike paths (the Cape is loaded with them) through marshes, quaint towns, and beautiful beaches. The outdoor space was very large - including the gorgeous wrap around porch - and many a cornhole match was played. We cooked at home mostly - plenty of grocery stores and markets nearby. The indoor space, with updated kitchen and bath, was large enough for us to gather and not feel like we were cramped. On the one day it rained, we were able to watch the Olympics and play cards. My adult children enjoyed many of the local coffee shops in the morning and bars/restaurants in the evenings. Great family vacation!

We had a delightful stay at Jennifer's home. Each morning began with coffee on the beautiful porch. The location's proximity to beaches, restaurants, and the canal was highly convenient. The availability of kayaks and access to the pond added to the overall enjoyment of the visit.

We had such a wonderful stay in Bourne. The house was very clean and very charming. It is right next to the water so you can just go right out of the gate to kayak, or paddle board. You can walk each morning in beautiful nearby neighborhoods with gorgeous water views. There are coffee shops and nice restaurants a short drive away. The house is set up perfectly for a large family or group of friends. Well stock with just everything that you could possibly need! Bathrooms and kitchen are very updated, but they have maintained the charm of the old farmhouse. One of the things we liked the most were the great Adirondack chairs outside around a fire pit. So nice to sit outside with cool breeze and relax. We were there for our daughter's wedding and it was amazing to have such a nice place to go and relax in preparation for the wedding. The host was excellent in communicating with me and gave us so much information in advance of things to do, where to eat, etc. A great spot to vacation!!!

What a gorgeous and comfortable home! It feels like home in all the best ways—modern where you need it to be, with a great kitchen and two baths; and comfortable where you want it to be with plenty of space so that you never feel crowded, comfy beds, nice sectional in the living room for tv viewing, and a wrap-around porch for sitting out and catching the breeze. We took the kayaks out several times, and it is a lovely spot to paddle about. Our dog loved romping in the yard with us, as did the kids. There is plenty of back yard for children and dogs to run about. The yard is mostly fenced, but open at the driveway, so as with any road, children and dogs should be supervised. The home is very tranquil and private. Many trees, lots of land. You are not close to your neighbors at all. Although we didn't need to contact Jennifer during our stay, we knew she was available if we needed her, as she has been great. All of us truly loved the house and cared for it gently. Thank you!

The house is beautiful. Being right at the lake side was great, the kids couldn't get enough kayaking in. We will try to stay again in the future.

Jennifer was a great host, very responsive and communication was never an issue. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the home and amenities. Our vacation stay was relaxing! We enjoyed fishing along the canal, kayaking in the pond and our labs enjoyed swimming and playing catch in the pond as well. Thank you for a great week in Cape Cod!

A small group of us have been coming to the Cape for many years to fish in the late Spring . This is the first time we have stayed with Jennifer , and in many ways it was the best place that we have stayed in. We are all around 80 and still at it ! One of the things we all liked was the very homey atmosphere --- not modern, but comfortable to us in every way. My house in Maine was built in 1740, so older homes have a tremendous appeal to me. The kitchen was great , with exceptional appliances -- especially the new GE Profile fridge with large freezer and faultless ice and water maker. The dining room with beautiful old wainscoating and sconces was charming . The huge dining table that can easily seat 10 was a welcome surprise. Jennifer tried to cover all the bases ---- toilet supplies, soaps { laundry , sink, bathroom} were all best quality and stockpiled ! The kitcen was fully supplied with paper towels, plastic wrap, baggies, spices, etc. This is a host who really cares !

What a lovely place. Can't wait to stay there again!
