The Summer Camp at the Colony Club is located right next door. The home is located on a quiet road that is a two-minute walk to the beach and the playground.

Other highlights of the home include a backyard oasis with a fully furnished patio, including a large grill, outdoor shower, and beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard.

Inside, the home has a bright and open kitchen with a large island that is perfect for entertaining. There is seating for 8 in the kitchen/dining area and there is a large pantry for groceries.

The main living space has a large TV, cozy fireplace and is thoughtfully decorated throughout. A half bath is located on the first floor. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite bathroom with heated floors and two custom closets.

Upstairs are two bedrooms including a spacious bedroom (king bed) with a partial view of the ocean, and another smaller bedroom that is perfect for kids (full bed). The second floor also includes an updated bathroom with a tub and adjoining laundry room.

The basement of the home is newly finished and includes a large play area/den, desk area, and a theatre room.

    Great rental property
    Beautiful house, very spacious. House has everything you could possibly need. Great location. 5 min walk to beach. Owners were very accommodating and had great recommendations on restaurants and activities close by. Would definitely rent again.

    My husband & I have lived in Sagamore Beach since 2020 after moving from Boston. We initially bought the home as a summer home (I grew up visiting Sagamore Beach during the summer with family) but moved full time during the pandemic when our companies moved to remote work. We fell in love with the Sagamore Beach community & feel so spoiled getting to call Sagamore Beach home the past five years - we have raised two kids here & are now relocating as we have outgrown the home.



    What is special about this property?
    The LOCATION can't be beat. The home is a short walk (0.1 mile) to the beach and is located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The beach is never crowded as there is limited parking & most beachgoers walk. Also within walking distance (0.1 mile) is Clark Field which has two public pickleball/tennis courts (renovated in Fall 2024), a huge field, basketball court, baseball field, and playground.

    We love the backyard of the home, especially the outdoor shower, patio, Sonos speakers, and beautiful hydrangeas.

    The home has ample parking for day guests to join at the beach.

    What is special about your town?
    Sagamore Beach, a part of Bourne, is located 1 mile before the Sagamore Bridge so you can escape the bridge traffic! You can enjoy day trips to other cape towns easily (some of our favorite restaurants are over the bridge in Bourne & Sandwhich - ~10-15 minutes away). We loved that Sagamore Beach is less than an hour from Boston & close to some great restaurants in the South Shore (~15-20minutes to Plymouth, Duxbury).
