Beautiful outdoor space with panoramic views of the Bay and you can see the Cape Cod Railroad Bridge right from the yard!

Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buttermilk Bay. Comfortable home with great outdoor space, two living areas, and a private beach. Amazing views from almost every room in the house!
Enter into the home through the side door and step into the up-to-date kitchen. This well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals easily. The kitchen also has a stackable washer/dryer for easy access! As you head down the hill there are also Adirondack chairs, an additional table for outdoor dining, and a hammock to take in the views! <br>The private association beach access path is to the left of the driveway, please be sure to use this path to get down to the beach.<br>During high tide the tide comes right up to the seawall but during low tide you can enjoy the exposed beach. <br>There are 3 AC units in the property, 1 in each bedroom. <br>Free Tickets and Complimentary Activities!
