Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buttermilk Bay. Comfortable home with great outdoor space, two living areas, and a private beach. Amazing views from almost every room in the house!
Enter into the home through the side door and step into the up-to-date kitchen. This well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals easily. The kitchen also has a stackable washer/dryer for easy access! Head through the kitchen and step into the open living and dining area. <br/>The first floor has two living rooms back to back, with a glass door separating the two, which is great for groups that want to watch separate shows during the evening while still taking in the bay views!<br/>This level also has a bedroom and half bathroom off of the kitchen. <br/>Bedroom 1: Double- 1st Floor- Window AC Unit<br/>Bathroom 1: Half bathroom- 1st Floor<br/>Bedroom 2: 1 Double & 1 Twin- 2nd Floor- Window AC Unit<br/>Bedroom 3: Queen & 1 Twin- 2nd Floor- Window AC Unit<br/>Bathroom 2: Full w/ Shower/Tub combo- 2nd Floor<br/>The patio off the kitchen offers an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and a gas grill. As you head down the hill there are also Adirondack chairs, an additional table for outdoor dining, and a hammock to take in the views! <br/>The private association beach access path is to the left of the driveway, please be sure to use this path to get down to the beach.<br/>During high tide the tide comes right up to the seawall but during low tide you can enjoy the exposed beach. <br/>There are 3 AC units in the property, 1 in each bedroom. <br/>Free Tickets and Complimentary Activities!
