For years, we dreamed and fantasized about one day owning a beach house where our families could gather, make memories, and enjoy the simple joy of sand between our toes and the sound of waves. In 1998, that dream finally came true when we found this perfect gem. It has been a true labor of love and a perfect gathering place for our family. This house was chosen because it felt just right—for big family dinners, morning coffee on the deck, evening walks along the shore, and all the laughter in between. We hope you feel that same warmth. Located on a quiet dead-end road with direct beach access, this home offers the perfect setting for relaxing days by the water, scenic bike rides, and memorable family vacations by the coast.<br />Start your mornings with beautiful sunrises over the bay and spend your evenings enjoying the peaceful waterfront views. The nearby Cape Cod Canal bike and walking path is just a short ride away, offering over 7 miles of scenic trails perfect for biking, walking, jogging, and sightseeing. With easy highway access, you are also conveniently close to local restaurants, shops, beaches, and popular Cape Cod attractions.<br />Inside, the home offers plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and relax. A bright sunroom with new windows brings in natural light and showcases the surrounding coastal scenery. Upstairs, you will find four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony with water views, providing a quiet place to enjoy the ocean air and coastal atmosphere. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per dog per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. <br />Max parking of cars at property: 4- No parking on lawn anytime. <br />Additional Information to Assist You:<br />State and local taxes are charged if applicable. <br />For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.
