You’ll be about 1 mile from Monument Beach and a short drive to Gray Gables Beach, Hen’s Cove, Barlows Landing, the Cape Cod Canal, restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and grocery stops. It’s a good Upper Cape base if you want beach time without constantly fighting mid-Cape traffic.
