We have been coming back to Lou's place for the last 4 years and plan once again in May. The place is perfect for a couple or a family with young children. Can't ask for better place with having your own beach at your door steps.You have oover 2 miles of sandy beach which is great for a morning walk or an afternoon swim.
The condo is close to grocery stores as well as many restuarants and shopping mall if you prefer to cook in or dine out.

The place is equipped with everything you left back home. full size kitchen with dining area. The bedrooms are a perfect but you will be spending more time on the deck or on the beach.

The host is always available if by chance anything goes wrong, he lives nearby so you are not dealing with an absentee owner.

Great to have know Lou for all these years.

My family of four stayed in this condo late last June (2025). The condo layout was perfect and so clean when we arrived. Kids got their own beds on the top floor while hubby and I got a room overlooking the ocean. Everything we needed was provided from extra towels to cooking utensils. Easy access to the beach. Making vacation with a 3 year old easy. We really appreciate how helpful and responsive Lou was. We had one gray afternoon and he was able to point us to the Children's Museum to make the best of our time on the Cape! We will be booking again for summers to come! show more show less

In the winter of 2025 we went searching for the perfect Cape Cod condo to have our girls weekend. We booked this amazing condo for a week in August 2025.

The condo slept five of us comfortably. We spent our mornings with our coffees and books on the beach or on the deck, with the quiet tumbles of waves in the background. At night we were able to enjoy eating on the porch with a good bottle of wine and some music. Neighbors were wonderful and quiet. We loved the access to our own beach just a step off the porch. No waiting in traffic for parking or fighting for a spot on the beach.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in a few nights. While the condos owner suggested a few great restaurants in the area and in neighboring places for us to try. We were pleasantly surprised with the easy access to explore more of the Cape from the central location of the condo. Our favorites were The Port in Harwich and Shack Out Back in Hyannis.

If you and the girls are looking to escape to the Cape for a full week or just a long weekend, this Craigville condo is the place to book. show more show less

We just left this absolutely perfect beach house and can't speak highly enough about it! The pictures do not do this place justice! When you walk in, the entire house is flooded with light from the windows and multiple sky lights. The other thing you can't see from the pictures is the ocean breeze that blows in every window and engulfs you like a dream! Lou was the most kind, laid back gentleman we have ever met, and anything...I mean ANYthing you could need to live for a week was provided. The best part about this, is you are right at the beach! Every meal we ate at the beach, we drank wine at the beach, we could walk to pick up shells in our pajamas as we were only steps away from the ocean! We came with 3 kids (10, 6, and 5) and the accommodations were beyond perfect. My favorite part of this was laying in the bright white master bedroom with tall ceilings and an open deck to the ocean, listening to the waves and feeling like I was in heaven! We just spent a week at this great townhouse/condo right on Craigville Beach. I am not sure if people know how lucky you are to be able to stay right on Craigville, as these places are extremely rare, and you get a private beach!

The condo was well stocked with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, WI FI, beach chairs, even beach towels. Spotlessly clean, the townhouse is set on 3 floors separated by half flights of stairs. The Master Bedroom is the prize in the Cracker Jack box, overlooking the ocean, with a small deck with two chairs.

There is a great deck on the main floor, with a large deck set including umbrella for meals and cocktail hour outside. The unit was decorated very tastefully, and it was easy to forget that this was a rental - it feels like home.

The owners were easy to communicate with, and gave us a great walk thru of the property. You absolutely cannot go wrong renting this place. I am already planning my visit - fall on the Cape is the best season of all, warm water and great weather! show more show less

My family and I came to the Cape this summer and had a great time! Our stay was magnificent! 5 STARS! The home was cute, clean, comfortable and convenient. The owners were kind and welcoming and just a phone call away if we needed anything. The location was close to everything: ice cream, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds. For our family, being right on the private beach was the best part of it all! Listening to the ocean while we slept was priceless! Eating on the deck while viewing the waves was terrific. Playing in the sand and the water gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We definitely look forward to returning next year! show more show less

This was my first time on the east coast, but now not my last! This condo was a piece of heaven on the beach! My granddaughter and I walked out the door right onto silky sand and into the ocean. We stayed for two glorious weeks in luxury you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. It's centrally located so you are close to any place you want to go; shopping, dining, walking, sight seeing. We watched beautiful sunsets every night, and I drank coffee right outside the door to gorgeous sunrises to start my day. I have already booked another two weeks for next year. This condo will be an annual tradition fron here on in. If you want great accommodations, look no further! Your own heaven on earth.
