    So happy with my stay at this beautiful well maintained home with lots of charm.

    I feel like I lucked out finding this rental property! It's a very clean and very well maintained antique cottage style home with lots of beautiful features and an artsy feel. The beds are very comfortable There's a huge yard that is very private, very well kept and has flowers all around the property.

    The owners were great communicators from the start and really went out of their way to check in with us to make sure we were happy. Location is great, very close to 3 beautiful beaches, and not far from Hyannis. We were just so happy with our stay! show more show less

    Beautiful house walking distance to the beach

    I can't recommend this house enough! The highlights:
    5 minute walk to the beach, with a sidewalk the entire way! This allowed us to easily bring a cooler, safely ride our bikes or walk the kids in a stroller all the way to the beach.

    The yard is beautiful, large and enclosed with a ton of privacy.

    The bathroom has been completely updated and is by far the nicest we've had on the Cape.
    The beds are very comfortable everyone had great sleeps.

    The owners take really good care of the property and it shows.

    Amazing home, huge yard, walking distance to the beach

    A beautiful, spacious, well-maintained house, only a short walk to Centerville Beach. The house itself is gorgeous and comfortable, with nicely designed features like the cozy breakfast nook and sun-filled family room. Everything was extremely clean and felt freshly renovated. And the yard! It is huge and very private, ideal for grilling, lawn games, evening drinks, you name it. Best of all, the owners are fantastic - very responsive, friendly, helpful.

    The location is top-notch. The walk to the beach is short and has a sidewalk the entire way, making it easy and safe for families, and Centerville Beach is so close you don't have to worry about parking passes. And Craigville Pizza is literally around the corner, a delicious spot, perfect for family pizza night.

    Caroline, Dean and their family live right here on Cape Cod in Chatham. Caroline is a first grade teacher at a local school. Dean is a carpenter and has put extensive work into the property including building the detached garage and studio. Most of the stained glass throughout the house was designed and created by Dean. This special house was the McCutcheon's home for over 15 years and is where they raised their two children who are now in their teens. They've enjoyed many long days in the garden, and spent many summer evenings playing wiffle ball on the back lawn.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is made for outdoor entertaining. There is a thick lawn that is perfect for family fun. There is nothing better than an evening outdoor shower. The interior is filled with charm, from the stained glass that hangs throughout the house to the wood floors and original woodwork.

    What is special about your town?
    This house is a short walk to one of the best and most popular beaches on Cape Cod. There is no need to wait in line for a parking space and you can't be turned away. The closest beaches are Covell's Beach and Craigville Beach. The property is 2 miles from downtown Hyannis with its bustling shops and restaurants. Four C's Ice Cream is a mile away.
