The house features ~2200 sq ft one-level Cape-style living space, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, with 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas, all on the same level (only laundry is in the basement), perfect for a staycation and family gatherings. The house sits on a ~15000 sq ft lot (0.34 acres) with a flat grassy shaded backyard and fire pit. There is also a deck and an outdoor dining area with outdoor dining set, propane barbecue grill, with string lights for your enjoyment.

The house is clean with brand new furnishings, hardwood or engineered wood flooring throughout. Cooling is a very quiet central air cooling system.

    Great vacation home

    This home exceeded out expectations! It was immaculate, updated, well stocked and dog friendly. We loved the fenced in yard, deck and fire pit. Craigville Beach is a great spot and close to the house. The Barnacle and Tony's pizza are right across the beach if you don't feel like packing a lunch or want an ice cream. As a jeep owner having Sandy Neck beach just about 20 minutes away was perfect to dive over sand. Our favorite breakfast spot was Fig Tree Cafe just a short drive from the house. We hit mini golf Steve and Sue's partee Freeze another short drive from the house. We loved Lamberts market - great sandwiches, deli and market. We caught a cape cod baseball league game about a half hour away in the Dennis/Harwich area. Chart Room at Crosby's is a short drive from the house. Great dinner and drinks on the water. We also enjoyed some dinners on the Hyannis harbor. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Adrian and Midori for opening up your home to us. show more show less

    Lovely Home

    My family, our dog and I had a great vacation in this beautifully decorated, spacious, clean house. Every amenity you need is there. Adrian the host was wonderful and always was available to answer our questions. The yard is vary spacious, great for family gatherings.

    The house is conveniently located near food shopping, restaurants and beaches. a beautiful house! We will definitely be back again!

    Fantastic Family getaway!

    This house was everything we were looking for in an extended family vacation! Nine people (7 adults, 2 kids) fit extremely comfortably. It's unassuming from the outside, but inside the house is clean and newly painted/decorated, with new appliances. A few things were there for the kids to play with as well (wooden blocks, jenga, velcro ball game, mini foosball, swing set, mini trampoline).

    The house is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes drive to Craigsville beach, and an easy bike ride to Joshua pond. There was mini golf nearby, and it made an easy home base for day trips to Yarmouth and Chatham too! The owners are extremely responsive to questions by email and/or phone.

    Would definitely recommend staying here for a family getaway :-)     show more show less

    Love this house!

    This house is far beyond our expectations. What a beautiful house!! It is sparkly clean and newly renovated. The yard is large and there is a GREAT deck. We had a few dinners sitting on the deck and enjoying the lovely Cape summer nights.

    The house is also centrally located in Cape and is close to a few beaches. It is very close to Hyannis, from where we took the high speed ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

    The owner is very nice too. He is easy to reach and is easy to communicate. He always replied back to me within a few minutes!

    We (3 adults and 2 kids) had a great time with many beautiful memories in this house. We will surely come back for our next Cape vacation.     show more show less

    Great vacation home

    We had a great time in this clean, comfortable and spacious home. Our party of 6 enjoyed the deck and making smores over the fire pit. We would definitely go back.

    Welcome to Midori On The Cape. Midori and Adrian and the kids and pets are first generation immigrants to the United States and are enthusiasts of Cape Cod lifestyle. You can read about our property reviews on WeNeedAVacation (Property IDs 34954 and 36373) and Airbnb (ID 51829113). Our three children and 5, 2, and 1 and we really enjoy the beach time. Kids can play and adults can chill and rest.

    We renovate and decorate each house ourselves while living in there. We design our vacation homes with the mind set of family friendly, access friendly, child friendly and pet friendly. All our vacation homes are single level with large living rooms and family rooms and have a large flat fenced in backyard, multiple large windows to see the backyard, so children and pets can explore freely and safely. There are comfortable couches and large TVs (60-70 inches), but we don't put TV in the bedrooms because we'd love you to rest well during your stay. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated for relaxation. There are tons of seating and large beds to accommodate larger groups. We truly enjoy the space and the proximity to the beach and the nearby amenities, and enjoy staying and Cape Cod, indoor or outdoor. We hope you do to.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, very walking friendly neighborhood. Walking friendly in a sense that it's really enjoyable walks, but not walkable to restaurants and no in Cape Cod there is no public transportation other than the ferry to the islands (We've had guests ask about public transportation and walking to restaurants and downtown). We love the quietness, and the beautiful stars at night. We love the fire pit. We love the large family room and the living room - 2 large common area to relax and spend a lot of time on. We love the large kitchen and outdoor grill dining area. We love that this house is on a single level, even the laundry is on the first floor, and the two bathrooms are access friendly and have safety grab bars. We love the location that it's quiet and accessible to beaches and downtown Hyannis, restaurants and shops.

    What is special about your town?
    Centerville has the combination of quick access, close to downtown and amenity. I call it ''the gateway to Cape Cod''. Everything you need on your vacation - beaches, hiking trails, lakes, downtown Hyannis, restaurants, groceries, ferry terminal to the islands is within 5-15 minutes drive. Everything on the Cape, even the farthest Provincetown, is within an hour reach. Centerville is perfect for a day trip hub. That's what we love about Centerville.
