We had the privilege of having an extended stay (7 weeks) this summer at this fantastic home. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the proximity to the beaches, town, local events made it the perfect escape. The hosts were exceptional, always available, and very accommodating. The house itself was newly renovated and very well appointed with fresh new decor that added to the overall charm. The outdoor space (including the shower) offered a relaxing place to unwind and relax. We recommend this place highly for family, friends for a short or long stay. We stayed here for almost five weeks in September and October of 2022 and returned again in early June of 2023. The house was a real refuge for us while we were going through a construction project at our own house. The home is light, airy, thoughtfully updated and decorated and was excellent for a long term stay. The kitchen and laundry room appliances are new and high-end and the kitchen included all the utensils and cookware which enabled us to avoid night after night of dining out.

The house sits in a really nice little neighborhood. It includes access to a private beach on Long Pond which can't be more than 150 yards away. Craigville Beach is less than a 4 minute drive. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and a great place for an evening stroll or bike around the circle.

For those who don't know Centerville, it is a sweet little village and home to Craigville Beach, Four Seas Ice Cream (world famous -- worth googling), and a Country Store with a great penny candy selection. It is close to all the bustle of Hyannis without the crowds or traffic. Those who know it come back year after year.

We were also pleased by the care and thoughtfulness of the owners throughout. We received a nice "welcome" text along with follow-up a few days in just to make sure we were pleased and that everything was how it was represented to us.

Autumn on the Cape can't be beat and we didn't want to miss it while we were under construction. This place was outstanding. We returned three weeks ago for another stay and are so pleased it was available. Four thumbs up from my wife and me. We recommend it highly. show more show less

This is a wonderful home, fully stocked and very comfortable. Everything is new and high quality. Little touches like beach gear, games, insulated water bottles, etc we're so appreciated for our trip. This place is very spacious as well, you could easily fit two families. The host is super helpful and quick to answer. Also, they provide a beach pass which is a huge benefit. Every beach requires a fee to park, and this pass means you park for free and can go to the less crowded residents only beaches. Lastly the private circle's beach is great for all to enjoy! This location is perfect for a lot of adventures. Really a hidden gem. show more show less

My mom and I had such a wonderful time staying in this Centerville rental! The place is newly renovated, clean and bright. It has a super spacious and open layout with a beautiful private yard. This place had literally every amenity you could ask for including smart TVs, a Nest AC system and great grill!

The beach pass included with the rental can be used at any of the nearby beaches (Covell's, Craigville, Long Beach - all a few minutes away) and was such a game changer for being able to park at the beach.

A couple of my favorite perks from this rental included the stunning outdoor shower and variety of indoor and outdoor games (board games, cornhole, etc).

The owner was very communicative and accommodating before and during our stay. We have rented many spots over the years in the Hyannis/Barnstable/Centerville area and this was easily our favorite. Totally exceeded expectations. We will definitely recommend to our friends and hopefully come back next summer! show more show less

Been vacationing on the Cape for 25+ years and this, by far, was our best rental. Everything is new in this spacious home and the location is great. Experienced a minor hiccup during our stay but the owner was quick to respond and had someone on site quickly. Craigville Beach is a close drive {walkable} and very clean. Definitely would rent again and recommend to family and friends.
