Less than one mile to Craigville Beach!! Central Air-conditioning! This sun-filled Centerville house offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen has a gas stove with a griddle, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, hand mixer, cookware/house wares and basic spices.

The sun filled main bedroom with a king sized bed, private full bathroom, ceiling fan and comfortable sitting area. The second bedroom offers bunk beds and an additional twin bed.

The large deck has Adirondack chairs and a dining table. Down a few steps, you'll find the outside shower, a gas grill and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. The large front and back yards provide plenty of space for families to stretch out and play. The storage shed has beach chairs, beach cart, a croquet set, corn hole game, and may be used to store your bikes or stroller during your visit. There is parking for several cars in the paved driveway.

From the quiet family neighborhood, it is an easy .9 miles to the beautiful Covell's and Craigville Beaches. A beach parking pass is included which allows free parking at any Barnstable beach. Less than 2 miles away, downtown Hyannis has numerous options for dining, shopping, ice cream, night life, museums and boating adventures to the Islands. Centrally located, Centerville allows easy access both west to Woods Hole, which provides additional options for trips to the Islands and east to Truro and Provincetown for sand dune hiking, whale watching boat trips and unique shopping and dining.

A generous starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and hand soap are provided.
