It's the second time we stayed in this house. Both times we've enjoyed our stays. House is conveniently located, close to everything. Beaches ate short drive, we were even able to walk. House is in great condition, very clean, well maintained and updated. We look forward to go back.
Wendy is a great Host, very responsive to all requests and easy to communicate with.

This house was perfect for our week stay on the Cape. It is nicely remodeled with a clean, tidy and Cape vibe. The location is fantastic for walking and for beach days! Beach chairs, umbrellas and accessories are on site for guest use. It's close to town for the activities but far enough away from town. I loved having morning coffee on the back deck and was visited by the neighborhood birds, squirrels, and turkey! The king size bed is incredibly comfortable and the two bathrooms, along with the outside shower are perfect. Wendy is a fantastic host and communicates quickly and well. We would love to stay in this house again. Great find for us! show more show less

Me, my husband and 2 toddlers recently stayed at this lovely home in Centerville. It is a short drive to our favorite beaches and the homeowner provided a beach pass. We could walk if we wanted but it was easier to drive with the kids. The neighborhood is great to walk or run through for some morning exercise. We were also able to walk to the local grocery store and the fruit market (which we loved—it was amazing). The house was also perfect for our family. Great size, not cluttered (I hate clutter), and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities. Having 2 bathrooms was also a big plus. The storage shed had sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella we could use which was great to not have to travel from home with. Wendy was an amazing host. We enjoyed staying for one week in the house. House is very clean and well organised. Good location with proximity to beaches and other destinations. Having beach pass was a big advantage and was well appreciated. Wendy is a wonderful host, very responsive and great with communications. We look forward to come back.

Beautiful home. We had 3 adults for the week and visitors during the week-we had plenty of room. Wendy is so generous with extra supplies, such as detergent, paper towels etc. We loved having washer, dryer, central ac-perfect. A huge bonus was the beach pass-we love Craigville Beach.
We would definitely come back next year. Highly recommend.

Rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood with the perfect amount of private outdoor space and off-street parking. Keyless entry provides ease of access into the welcoming, spacious living room and kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised how clean, new, and we'll equipped the house was. Adequate bedroom and bathroom space as well. We enjoyed the bright and refreshing decor. This was our first trip to Cape Cod; the house was conveniently located between the Newport Mansions, the Ferry to Nantucket, Boston, Plymouth, and all of the outer Cape town's. show more show less
