    This place more than lived up to our expectations. Family ranging in age from 6 months to 80 and traveling from 3 different countries and 3 different states all had a great time. Rooms were soundproof enough and spread out so we didn't need to worry about waking babies, etc… Kitchen was well-equipped for the cooks in the group, playroom enjoyed by all, and the heated pool and basketball court were in use regularly. TSo much to do in and out - the TV never was on. The landscaping gives a feeling of total privacy as it's surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Location is perfect as it's so close to Hyannis and Craigsville Beach, which is lovely. Walks to Four Cs ice cream were a hit with everyone. Our last night we had a fire in the fire pit and made s'mores. So many wonderful memories were made here. show more show less
