The house is quite comfortable, there’s a large flatscreen in the living room, a separate dining room with a fireplace and a renovated kitchen. There is a deck with a Weber grill, a dining table and an outdoor shower. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, ample parking, washer dryer in the basement.
Please note: there is a carriage house apartment at the end of the driveway with a quiet year round tenant.

    We had the perfect getaway at this lovely home! The house is in the best location, right by the beach and the adorable town. The house was very clean and so comfortable, highly recommended!

    What a wonderful place to spend your vacation. The house is comfortable and the host is accommodating. We had an incredible time exploring the town and beach. The house was the perfect retreat for our trip.

    I'm from New York, I own several rental properties in Cape cod and in the Hamptons. In my former life, I was a journalist.
    Maintaining my rental properties is important to me, I'm always upgrading and visiting the houses to make sure everything is running smoothly.

    What is special about this property?
    I love the location, love that you can walk to the four seas ice cream and that Craigville Beach is just a mile away. The house is comfortable and gets good light and it's just a really cozy and welcoming spot.

    What is special about your town?
    It's such a cute town, there's not much in Centerville, but the country store is charming and my kids are small. They used to love the playground and the library. I love that Centerville is right in between two bigger towns, Osterville has great restaurants and shops and of course in Hyannis there's everything.
