This is a lovely three bedroom, one and a half bath home, very clean and well maintained—a perfect gathering for a relaxing and fun-filled stay on the Cape.

On the first floor our home has a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, a separate dining room with a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and pantry and a spacious half bath.

There is a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, a separate dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, and three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen, one with a full and a twin, and the third with two twins. We also have a rollaway twin bed in the pantry that can be set up in the living room.

The house has hardwood floors throughout and lots of wonderful original detail, a traditional house with fresh renovations. There is an outdoor deck with seating and a gas grill and a large backyard.

From the house you can walk just one block to Four Seas Ice Cream or a few blocks to the Centerville general store, the library and a wonderful children’s playground. Craigville Beach is exactly a half a mile from the house. We are right between Hyannis in Osterville where there are wonderful shops and restaurants in both towns.

Please note: there is a carriage house at the back of the driveway, a quiet year-round tenant lives there.
