This is a comfortable, simply furnished three bedroom, two bath one mile to Craigville beach. There are three bedrooms with the king, queen, and the third bedroom has a single and a bunkbed.
We have just listed this house in August 2024 after our year round renters left. We have discounted our rates since we are still adding furniture and amenities, please note it is basically what you see, simply furnished and clean.
This is a two family house, it is the 1st Floor, there is an entrance in the front and the back, there is a separate department upstairs with a private entrance, it is rented to a single tenant.
House has mini split air conditioning units and a ceiling fan, a large kitchen and has hardwood floors throughout.

    What a wonderful place to spend your vacation. The house is comfortable and the host is accommodating. We had an incredible time exploring the town and beach. The house was the perfect retreat for our trip.
