You can take a stroll down to the famous Country store as well as Four Seas ice cream. Close to Osterville center where you can dine, grab a healthy smoothie and stroll the unique shops. Also close to Hyannis where there is so much to do!!

    Quintessential Cape Cod Gettaway

    Our week at this charming Cape Cod ranch was an absolute dream, and exactly what our family of five needed for a summer getaway. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew we had picked the perfect vacation location. The interior was cozy and impeccably clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to whip up breakfast or casual dinners. The kids also fell in love with the big, grassy front yard and relaxing stone patio, which was perfect for unwinding after our beach days. We spent our evenings either grilling on the patio or venturing to nearby Hyannis and Yarmouth for dinners out. The location was a MAJOR plus. We were just a short drive from several popular ocean and bay beaches. Our favorites were Craigville Beach, Veterans Beach and Kalmus Beach. We were also close to Four Seas Ice cream (the oldest ice cream shop in MA) and a short drive from Hyannis and Yarmouth where we enjoyed some of the best clam-strips, lobster rolls and of course mini golf throughout our 8 day stay.

    In addition to the location and cleanliness, the house had central air, an Amazon fire stick, laundry, beach towels/chairs, grill/patio furniture, 2 bathrooms and sleeping for 6 which was ample for our family of 5. It truly felt like our own private oasis, offering a peaceful retreat from the daily grind. Theresa was a pleasure to correspond with. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and was gracious and accommodating with any requests. She even mailed back my son's stuffed fish he had left behind!

    We left our vacation feeling relaxed, sun-kissed, and already planning our return trip. This property is a place where you can truly slow down and enjoy the simple joys of a New England summer. Highly, highly recommend for any family looking for a quintessential Cape Cod experience.     show more show less

    Great location near Craigville and 28. Beautiful home with nice big front lawn and back porch area for meals. Would highly recommend staying here!
