We spent a week at Yogita & Andy's place and we loved it. It felt like home. Loved the Cape Cod vibe. Morning breakfasts on the outside patio. Great outdoor space for our puppies to enjoy and get cleaned up after a day at the beach.
The bar shed was great and added a lot of character to the back yard. We watched the US Open matches while enjoying drinks in the warm afternoons.
We loved cooking together - both in the kitchen and on the grill outside. Lovely and spacious dining room inside.
Finished the day with a movie downstairs (well, the reclining chairs were so comfortable, I could not stay awake for long so I'll have to rewatch some of those :-)).
The house had everything we needed, including a beach pass; the kitchen was spotless and so well labeled, rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.
Yogita is a great host. Highly recommend to others.

This is really a great house. Location is about 10 mins from everything, lovely big bedrooms, nice common areas, wonderful backyard. They also provide lots of useful beach chairs and things. Really hard to beat. We had such good weather that we never used the fancy theater downstairs, but it's pretty cool.

Incredible Outdoor Living: The private backyard is an absolute sanctuary. We spent our evenings gathered around the fire pit, refreshing in the outdoor shower after beach trips, and enjoying drinks at the cute outdoor bar. It was the ultimate setup for hanging out with our adult kids and friends.
The cinema-style setup of private home theater: made movie nights feel like a special event in high-end space.
Beach pass: gave convenience to go to nearby beach!
Warmth & Attention to Detail: From the stunning decor to the high level of comfort, it instantly felt like a home away from home! Loved the hospitality??

Yogita & Andy's place was amazing. It was a much needed family retreat for our 3 generations, from 7 to 92. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and well appointed with lots of fun amenities. We enjoyed cooking together, playing in the backyard, sitting out on the deck and by the fire. We appreciated the comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, chargers at the ready in all the most convenient places, responsive heating & cooling systems, and the super doggie-friendliness. Our pup had a great time, too! :> The kids enjoyed the theater, and some of us made use of the outdoor shower. The location is great, very convenient to the many nearby beaches, and of course anything we might've needed for the beach was available at the house.
Yogita & Andy are wonderful hosts-- super communicative and responsive! We feel fortunate to have found this retreat for our family, and to be able to explore this part of the Cape with Nobadeer Villa as our base. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay! This house is perfect for families. We especially loved the backyard and the movie room.

My family was at the Cape for my son's wedding. We rented Yogita's place and it was everything we needed and more. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It allowed my family to spread out. If we had any questions while we were there, the host responded quickly and thoughtfully. Yogita was so easy to work with! We loved this place and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Very good communicator, house had a lot of added features such as phone chargers and excess stock of you basic material. The beach chairs, coolers and other items were an added plus.

Everything you could possibly need was carefully thought of and provided… from umbrellas for our rainy days to coolers and beach gear. The home was stocked the with every detail that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Yogita's prompt communication was also very much appreciated! Best hosts!

From ages 24-89 (10 months if you count the dog), we all enjoyed the stay. Despite the weather, Nobadeer gave us an excuse to stay indoors and not regret missing the sun while out here. The house is beautiful and has so much more to offer than just a place to sleep! Thank you, Yogita & Andy!!

Yogita and Andy were exceptional hosts—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly thoughtful. They truly thought of every little detail to make our stay easy, enjoyable, and memorable.
The house is beautiful, luxurious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need (and plenty of things you wouldn't even think of!). It was the perfect place for our family with young kids, as well as our friends. Both the kids and the adults had an amazing time.
We've already recommended this home to friends, and if we're ever back in the area, there's no question we'll stay here again. Highly recommend!

We came for a family trip - 9 of us, 3 generations, and Nobadeer Villa delivered in every way. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like a rental and more like someone's beautifully loved home.
The welcome gift bag set the mood perfectly - Cape-themed, with prosecco and more that told us immediately this host pays attention to the details.
Every bedroom has its own name and character, which made it so fun for everyone to claim their space. Beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms spotless. Everything in the home is so inviting and fun! The Bar Shed and fire pit became our evening hangout, and my mom and aunt claimed the Bistro Bar for their morning coffee ritual. The outdoor shower after beach days? Underrated luxury.
The beach pass took all the stress out of beach visits, and we were spoiled for dinner with too many options just minutes away.
Yogita anticipated our needs before we even thought to ask.
Nine people, zero complaints. We're already planning our return.

The Cape at its best! We've been coming to Cape for years & have stayed in plenty of rentals, but The Nobadeer Villa really stands out. From the moment we walked in, it felt like one of those places where you instantly know you're going to have a great vacation.
The house was exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every room has its own style & personality, and you can tell the owners put a lot of care into making the home both comfortable and special.
The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, & the house was stocked with even the little things you may need.
We loved the Bar Shed, movie room, fire pit, and Bistro Bar. The location was perfect—close to Craigville, restaurants, & Cape attractions, while still feeling quiet and private. The included beach pass was a huge bonus.
Yogita was friendly, responsive, & clearly cares about her guests. We had an amazing stay & were already talking about coming back before our trip was over.
