Recently renovated 1890's Cotuit captain's home in the heart of Cotuit. Fully renovated in 2015. Viking stove and dishwasher, Subzero fridge, LG washer/dryer in finished basement, central AC, high speed internet, cable TV, Apple TV. First floor has eat-in kitchen, screened porch off kitchen, living room, TV room, small office, and full bath with shower. Second floor has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has king bed, en-suite bath with separate shower and bathtub, and outdoor porch. Three other bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two twins that can be made into a king) share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. Linens and towels provided.
Large private brick terrace, outdoor shower, gas grill. Barn is available for bicycle storage during your visit. Owner's have a guest house at the rear of the property.
Walk to Loop (1/2 mile) and Rileys (4/10 mile) beaches, the center of the village (including Cotuit Library, town dock, post office, Kettle-Ho Restaurant, and town playground), and a local nine hole golf course. Bike to the Lowell Park, home of the Cotuit Kettleers.
Prefer and will reduce price for two week and longer rentals.

Due to family demands, we will not be booking rentals for July/August until March at the earliest. We are open to one or two-week rentals (with a small discount forthe second week), but we do not rent for a whole month.
