Perfect Cape House. Located in the wonderful cape town of Cotuit; beaches, swimming and fishing on Eagle Pond, kayaking all within walking distance.
Beautiful house with plenty of room for family and guests. Well stocked for entertaining We've been renting here for 3 years and always look forward to the next year. Best of all, Maria is the perfect host!

We have rented several houses over the years in the mid-cape area and this one was the best by far. It was so well maintained, it was like staying in a brand new home. All the kitchen appliances were recently replaced, also.

There's a path starting in the back yard that leads to Eagle Pond. Bring a map they provide that shows the labeled marker posts along the way. A small beach (ocean) is across the street from the house.

A big plus is the beach pass they provide that is good for all the Barnstable area beaches, even the "residents only" ones. We went to Loop Beach which is only two miles away. It has bathrooms and an outside shower. Even had a gallon pump jug of sunscreen hanging on the wall. Never seen that before.

Stop and Shop, liquor store, CVS, Dunkin' are about two miles away in the Marston Mills Market Place.

When we arrived at this Cape Escape, I could not imagine what we were about to find. What a lovely home. We were left with nothing to need or want, other than peace and tranquility inside and out. The house had all the necessities and more, the kitchen was stocked, the bathrooms immaculate, the spacious interior and multiple seating areas, the outside living area and patios, fantastic. We enjoyed the long walks in the woods around the back of the house and the morning stroll on the beach front was a memory to last a lifetime. Feeling off the beaten path but close to shopping and stores was great when we needed to restock. The owners were thoughtful in design and prep and available to support at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Cotuit. The owners keep the home well maintained. The furnishings are amazing and we had plenty of sleeping spots to accommodate our large extended family. The location is very close to shopping, fine dining and the beach. In addition, the lot is very private with a deck, patio with a firepit and Adirondack chairs around it to sit and relax. I will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends so they too can enjoy a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. show more show less

The home surpassed our expectations with its beautiful decor and comfort! So much sleeping space so our family comfortably spread out and there wasn't any waiting for a bathroom!
