Private, Quiet Cotuit Home with Water Views

Our family enjoyed an amazing week in the village of Cotuit! The home is privately located with water views and ocean breezes enjoyed from the screen porch. Each room is comfortable and well furnished - it feels more like home than like a rental. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels of good quality, the kitchen open and spacious with all needed items. We walked to the beach daily, enjoyed local towns and restaurants. played games in the yard and at the large dining table and screen porch. The photos can't capture the comfort and space of this rental! All rooms have large windows for great lighting and breezes! The owner was responsive and professional. This property is an obviously well loved and well cared for family home that is now being shared as a rental. The rooms were CLEAN, spacious, and well appointed. We have 5 kids but also enjoy higher end hotels when we travel but we do not fit in most standard hotel rooms as a family. Clean and well appointment homes are important to us as it provides the accomodations we value with space to spread out. This house came through in every aspect. The kitchen was well stocked, the house itself was well located and the little beach at the end of the road was super convenient. We had a fantastic family vacation at this perfectly appointed house! The location was great and offered an ideal Cape Cod experience. Nestled in a peaceful and private neighborhood, it was ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. And, within a short drive, the location offers access to Cotuit's conveniences, attractions, dining options, and beaches.

As a family of four, we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and charming home. The interior had all the amenities we needed, plenty of options for gathering or finding a private spot to read a book. Mealtimes were equally enjoyable in the well-equipped kitchen. We love to cook and appreciated having all the modern appliances and utensils we needed. All the bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds and plenty of storage – a delight for the kiddos.

The property owners helped make it a great experience with their care and communication.
