Welcome to our home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood that is a mile from the beach and south of route 28. Once your family or friends are at the house, you will have a peaceful getaway with diverse options and flexibility for the family.

Upstairs the great room provides a warm gathering area with open kitchen, dining, living room and sunroom. The back of the house overlooks ''No Bottom Pond'' with a private dock for kayaks and SUP's.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with its own master bathroom. There are two bedrooms (2 full beds) (1 queen) that share a bathroom. Downstairs there is an in-suite area with 2 bedrooms (double bed) (twin bed) living room, second kitchen area and bath. (In renovation so pictures can be shared as work is completed.) It provides an excellent area for privacy while spending time with family and friends.

The garden level provides a great area for family entertainment with a pool table and large screen television projection with surround sound.

The backyard provides access to the pond and a beautiful private area to enjoy nature and the outdoors.

Cotuit is a wonderful town with great biking, walking and exploring opportunities.

    I am unique as a property manager because this is a very personal property to me an I take care of it with great love. I have been in education for my working career and have taught at the university and in public high school. The Cape has so much to offer and I work hard to make my guests feel welcome and to introduce them to the beauty of the area.


    What is special about this property?
    This property provides wonderful access to the ocean, beaches, town and activities on the Cape. It is in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax and have peace and quiet. I work diligently on the gardens so that you can enjoy nature and all that it shares with us.

    What is special about your town?
    You can park a the house and walk to the ferry and visit Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard for the day. Kalmus an Keyes beaches are both in walking distance. You can walk to restaurants and downtown shopping and avoid the Cape Cod traffic while you are here.
