Upon entry, a short flight of stairs will lead you to the open sitting room and kitchen. The living room wraps around a double fireplace into a great living-dining room. The dining table converts into a pool table or ping pong table, to your heart’s delight. Two sets of doors lead outside to the patio where you can find a firepit and grill. On the main floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 1/2 baths. On the lower level, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin trundles that sleep 4. There is also a full bathroom and another den with a 55” TV for gaming and movies. Brand new washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay.<br /> <br /> This home serves as a great base to explore the Cape. For all your dining and shopping needs, Mashpee Commons is an easy 10 minute drive; it also has a movie theater and bowling alley. Kettle ponds are the Cape’s best kept secret and Hamblin Pond is only 5 minutes away. It has a small beach and is a great place for paddleboarding; it also has a wonderful 18-hole disc golf course. Loop Beach and Craigville Beach are both 10 minutes away. On the bay side of the Cape, Sandy Neck Beach and Mayflower Beach are 20 and 30 minutes away, respectively.
