Our classic, seaside Cape Cod home offers you the perfect setting for your family vacation. You will immediately feel at home in the spacious kitchen, cozy bedrooms and multiple gathering spots to relax. With two beaches within walking distance and the quaint Dennis Village just a mile away, this is the ideal location for enjoying summer.

Eat-in Kitchen - Seating for four overlooking the private backyard and screened porch. Cookware, tableware and everything you need to prepare meals at home is provided (toaster, Keurig, standard coffee maker, blender, knives, wine glasses, wine bottle opener and more).
Living Room - Couch, two chairs, 27'' TV with cable and large table for family dinners and board games

The house is nestled off the main road and accessed by a private, shared driveway in a quiet neighborhood. Maximum four cars parking (no parking on the shared driveway or on street parking).

Linens are not included. Please bring your own linens or make arrangements to rent sheets and towels for your stay (approximately $250/week). An A/C window unit is on the first floor and in each bedroom from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No pets. No smoking.

Corporation Beach and Howes Street Beach are two of the most popular, family friendly beaches on Cape Cod. These sandy, bayside beaches are each just a five minute walk from the house. You are close enough for a stroll to the shore with your morning coffee to watch the sunrise or to enjoy the sunset at the end of a glorious summer day (bring your camera!). Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella and beach buggy are available if you are heading to the beach for the day. No need to wait in line or pay to park. Just pack up when you are ready and head to the beach! Corporation Beach has restrooms, snack shack and swings. Howes Street Beach adjoins Corporation Beach and is typically less crowded.

Wonderful restaurants including Italian, American, seafood, pizza and more are very close by in Dennis Village (1 mile). Make sure to stop at the old time candy store, donut shop, bakery, ice cream parlor and gellato shop for some tasty treats. Take in some local entertainment in Dennis, too! Enjoy a performance at The Cape Playhouse, watch a movie at the quaint Cape Cinema or explore The Cape Cod Museum of Art. All located in Dennis Village. Golf at Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands Golf Courses (3 miles). Grocery store and shopping at Patriots Square in South Dennis (5 miles). Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 26 mile paved bike path going all the way to Wellfleet (parking at the South Dennis lot - 6 miles). Catch a Cape Cod Baseball League game with the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox at Dennis-Yarmouth High School (7 miles). Have fun with mini-golf, arcades, go carts, batting cages and bumper boats (for kids and adults!) ... just a short drive away in Yarmouth and Harwich.
