This home was perfect for our family of 12 which included 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 10. The location couldn't have been better with easy beach access and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We loved the deck off the living area, great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for all of us and the layout made it easy for everyone to also have some privacy. Jack was great to work with throughout the entire process and he checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. We have finally found the perfect spot for our Cape Cod vacation and are looking forward to returning next year!

Our stay at this home was the best week ever! We enjoyed Jack and Sharon's spacious, immaculate, and wonderfully equipped home and its amazing views! The beach was just across the street, literally steps away, which worked out perfectly since we had 4 young children with us. The proximity to amazing restaurants made it easy to grab delicious seafood takeout each night and eat outdoors on the 2 picnic tables! We especially enjoyed watching fireworks on the beach from 3 different shows on July 4th.
Jack is a welcoming host and checked in on several occasions to make sure everything was as we hoped.
We would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Our group of 14 had the most relaxing, enjoyable stay over Memorial Day weekend at this home. The pictures do not do it justice - everything in this home is sparkling clean and the high ceilings and windows make it feel even more spacious than it already is. We loved the yard (grass was immaculate) and patio space; felt very private but also so convenient to the beach and other shops and stores.

The setup of the house inside was great too; lots of ensuite bathrooms, classy decorations, and neat little hangout areas for folks to relax in if they wanted some quiet time. The kitchen was stocked well and there was plenty of space for the 14 of us to cook, eat, drink, hangout without every feeling crowded.

The homeowners were extremely responsive and helpful, and seemed to genuinely want us to have the best experience possible (which we did) so cannot recommend this place more. We will definitely be back, thanks for such a great visit!

Where do we begin! Jack and Sharon outdid themselves from the start. From the initial call, they were there to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable rental process. Upon arrival we were greeted with a personalized note and gift for our wedding weekend, kicking it off to a great start! We can't help but smile looking back on all the memories shared. The home is more than spacious and has so many fun touches and couldn't have been more perfect. The location is hard to beat with being surrounded by beaches and must visit restaurants. If you are looking for a home that has it all and want to make sure you are in good hands - this is the rental for you! We already can't wait to return next year.

This beautiful home was perfect in every way for our family of 10 (4 were toddler aged children) There was plenty of room for everyone and the way the house is designed, gave everyone their own space as needed. The house has everything that you could possibly need and more. It is beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Jack was amazing to deal with and made us feel very welcomed in their home. Having the beach across the street was great. Our grandchildren had so much fun! We truly hated to leave when our week was up, but we are already looking forward to returning next year. We were lucky to stay two weeks at this beautiful home! It is stunning from top to bottom!! Views of the ocean across the street from almost every room was heavenly. Enjoyed coffee or a drink on the outdoor decks. The layout is perfect....loved the tucked away staircases, double family rooms gave adults and children their own space to hang out, kitchen with every amenity, outdoor patio with gas fire pit and space for endless lawn games (lawn games were provided), the décor is beautiful and the beds very comfortable! One of our favorites was the pool and ping pong tables for super fun game night competitions!

Jack is super responsive and his attention to detail does not go unnoticed...the house has everything you need for a great vacation!

This house was wonderful from top to bottom! We had the best vacation! There were 12 of us (six of which were children) and there was plenty of room for all of us. TV's in every room with cable, decks on every level, game room down stairs, just amazing house. The location was superb, you can see the sandy beach from the house, literally across the street. The water was so warm, great beach. The owner went above and beyond on the details in the house. He was super responsive and quick about any questions or needs we had (which were none). Loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room. AC worked fantastic (which was great in the insane heat we had that week) We will definitely return and hope to make it our new family vacation spot for years to come. 5 Stars

We had two families stay at this beautiful house for the week and there was more than enough room for all 12 of us! We had stayed the past couple of years at Jack and Sharon's previous property and this one was even better! From the game room, to the various decks with spectacular views, all our expectations were exceeded! Attention to detail in the construction of this house house is very impressive. The interior decorating was beautiful. The floorplan was great.....huge family sized areas on two different floors let everyone have room to do what they wanted. The house has every amenity you can think of......from cookware to barware......there is literally NOTHING you need to bring from home!

The location can't be beat.......basically 100 yards to the beach across the street. We had a fantastic time and plan on returning for years to come. Thanks Jack and Sharon!

Our multi-age family visited Cape Cod for the first time to celebrate a belated milestone birthday for our mom and our stay at this home was simply amazing. My family has vacationed at many other beach rentals before, but this home was by far the best we've ever stayed at.

Jack and Sharon's rental home is spacious, immaculate, well-designed and equipped with many amenities that made our vacation comfortable and relaxing. Chef's kitchen - check. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for couples and children - check. Several patios with views - check. Board games and ping pong table for the kids - check. Beach across the street - check. There really was something for everyone.

Attention to detail is what made this home so impressive. From the retractable awning over the top floor patio, to darkening shades in the bedrooms and thermostats on each floor to adjust the AC by floor, we could tell that the utmost care was put into making this house a true home away from home.

Jack was really great to work as well. From our first interaction, Jack was responsive, detailed and helpful, and that carried through to a thoughtful welcome note and goodies when we arrived, to a mid-week check-in note, and post-vacation message. We felt like we were taken care of with the right balance of communication to make our stay enjoyable.

We will remember this family vacation for many years and we would love to stay here again for a future visit to the Cape based on our stellar experience.

Our vacation week couldn't have been more perfect! Jack is incredible to work with — he is communicative, responsive and provided us with everything we needed to make our stay an exceptional one. We were welcomed to the house with a nice card, wine and gift certificate to a local ice cream shop - a gesture that made us feel welcomed and very much at home!

Every detail of this home was expertly thought out. From the beautiful upstairs deck area looking out to the ocean, to the game room, to the outdoor fire pit — it was truly amazing. One of the great perks of this property is the beach being directly across the street. Jack provided beach chairs, wagons, towels and beach umbrellas to take with us to Haigus beach. There are also multiple other beaches that are a short drive away. We noticed many people out walking throughout the day admiring the house from afar and we had many people stop us to ask about it! We proudly shared our experience with everyone!

Overall this house is a 10/10 and we will definitely return next year. Thank you Jack and Sharon!

From beginning to end, the experience staying at this home far exceeded our expectations. The initial contact with the Homeowner (Jack) was smooth and straightforward. Jack was very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and easy to work with - we always felt we were in good hands.

The home was magnificent! A 2022 build meant every aspect was brand new, clean and of the very best quality. We struggled to think of anything that had not already been provided, or thought though with an eye for detail and enjoyment. From the multi-level indoor space and outdoor deck areas (check out the automatic awning on the top level!), to the game's closet, to the outdoor seating area with gas fire pit - this is a home that had everything for a memorable vacation - including a well-stocked gourmet-style kitchen, ample deck chairs, beach towels and bikes! From both deck levels you have a great view of the ocean, and the beach which is steps away - handy for coming back home for lunch or out-door showering.

You couldn't ask for a better location - and proximity to wonderful amenities, restaurants and entertainment. A true all round Cape experience, in style and comfort.
