This brand new vacation home will be finished in March 2022 and ready for your rental beginning in June 2022. Be one of the first guests to enjoy this beautiful property!

Located on the corner of Ocean Drive and Old Wharf Road, right across from Haigis Beach. No parking sticker needed....literally just walk across the street! Huge sliders on the front of the house offer ocean views from both the first and second floors of the house. Spend the day at the beach, or enjoy the ocean breeze and views from the covered first floor porch or the second floor porch (which has an electric awning to provide shade if it gets too hot). You will also be a very short walk from Glendon Street beach. Sea Street Beach is 3 minutes by car, and beautiful West Dennis Beach is 5 minutes by car (1.9 miles).

Inside this home, you'll find 5 bedrooms (3 en suite) that will comfortably sleep 14 people. 4 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor (en suite Queen, en suite Queen, Queen + Bunk, Bunk + Bunk). The 5th bedroom (en-suite King) is on the 2nd floor. There are TWO family rooms (one on each floor), each with a large slider out to the front porch. Kitchen and Dining Rooms are on the 2nd floor, with a Laundry Room on the 1st Floor. The basement level (which is above grade) offers a 2 car garage (with 30 amp EV car charger) and a Rec Room for the kids that will have a pool table and ping pong table.

The kitchen has a 33'' farmers sink and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to comfortably enjoy your vacation. Appliances are all GE Profile: 28 cf refrigerator; dishwasher; 5-burner stove top; (2) 27'' wall ovens; 30'' microwave. The wet-bar has an undermount bar sink and under-counter beverage refrigerator. The 9' long island will accommodate five stools and the huge (80'' x 60'') dining table will accommodate 10 people.

Outside the house you can enjoy the large patio on the south side of the house. The patio will have a natural gas fire pit and a 4-burner natural gas Weber grill, together with a large dining table and picnic table. Try your hand at bocce using the professionally built horse-shoe court in the backyard. If you've just returned from the beach, clean up in the huge outdoor shower.

Other features of the home include: (2) Rinnai tankless water heaters; (4) zoned HVAC with central A/C; TVs in each bedroom and both family rooms; Comcast cable/WiFi; Roof mounted solar generation with 33 panels; walk-in Kitchen pantry; walk-out porch off the back of the 2nd floor for some quiet time.

It is important to note that this house is built above grade (because it is so close to the ocean). As a result, there are stairs to the first floor and then more stairs to the second floor (obviously). Please keep that in mind if your group includes elderly folks that may have trouble getting up and down stairs.

I am an experienced vacation rental property owner. Previously I owned a luxury rental property on Depot St. in Dennisport that I rented from 2018 - 2021. Please search property ID #29172 and read the guest reviews for that property. I take great pride in my properties and in the way that I interact with my guests. This is a beautiful new home, and it is an expensive vacation rental. I want you to have an A++ rental experience. I want you to love this place and have nothing but a positive experience working with me, from the second you find this property online, throughout the rental process, and up until the second you depart from your vacation. I will do everything I can to make sure that you and your family & friends get exactly what you expect.

My goal when designing this house was to create a vacation rental property that is large enough to host your extended family for a reunion-type vacation or for your family and close friends to be able to vacation together. There are not a lot of rental properties like this in the Mid-Cape area, so I think this house will be a welcome newcomer to the vacation market in Dennisport.

I live in the Metrowest area outside Boston with my wife. We have two adult children. We have vacationed many times with friends and/or extended family and usually had to rent multiple properties that are near each other to accommodate all of us.

What is special about this property?
1. Location, of course! Walk across the street, spend the day on the beach and swimming in the ocean.
2. The Ocean views, from both the first and second floors.
3. It's NEW and it's beautiful.
4. It's big. It will accommodate your whole family (hopefully).
5. Plenty of off street parking.
6. Central A/C, but you may not need it with the cool ocean breeze coming through the sliders.
7. Great outdoor areas including huge 1st floor porch, 2nd floor porch with awning, patio with fire-pit, and new furniture for all these areas.

What is special about your town?
Dennisport is in the mid-Cape region, so you can get here in 30 minutes over the Sagamore bridge. You can get to P-Town in 45 minutes or the ferry in Hyannis in 15 minutes if you want a day on Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. The Town of Dennis has 20 town beaches, several of which you can walk to in 0 - 15 minutes.
