Bring the whole family to play and relax in A Pinch of Salt, our traditional Saltbox home with modern amenities! We have central A/C, smart TV, great WiFi, grill, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, fire pit, fireplace, lots of parking, and a quick drive to the best beaches on the Cape. We are also dog-friendly (with pre-approval).

There is a first floor primary bedroom with cathedral ceilings and doors leading to the back deck & large fully-fenced back yard. The living room also has cathedral ceilings and deck access. It is full of games and puzzles, as well as a smart TV. The outdoor shower is the perfect place to wash sand of sun tanned feet and bodies. The kitchen is fully loaded and laundry is on the first floor - everything you need for an easy vacation!

The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen, and the other has 2 twins. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The house is centrally located near great restaurants, shopping centers, and all the best beaches.

Sheets, bath & beach towels included. Well stocked kitchen. This place is ready for fun.

    Perfect Spring Getaway

    We stayed for a long spring weekend and the house did not disappoint. We've been renting houses on the Cape for decades and this is among the best! The house is fully equipped with what you need, is clean, and has a modern beach-y feel. Great neighborhood and close to so much. Our dog loved it too and didn't want vacation to end either!

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is wonderfully cozy in a quiet, central neighborhood. We have the best back yard and deck - fully fenced, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, outdoor table, and grill! We are a quick drive from all the best beaches on the Cape - check out Cold Storage, Corporation, Mayflower, or Chapin! We have the towels you need, plus an outdoor shower to wash away the sand from tanned feet and bodies!
