    Although this listing is new and hasn't had the chance to impress you with reviews, I have had a lot of experience and currently hold ''Superhost'' status for meeting certain criteria (including consistently high ratings). Hopefully, that speaks for itself as I build up reviews for this specific property. I have been involved in all aspects of vacation rentals here on the Cape for well over a decade. Through my experience, I have come to know what the discerning traveler wants and how to provide it. Being a washashore (not having grown up on the Cape), I have always found myself drawn to the area. I LOVE the water...being in it, on it, and near it. I LOVE the sand between my toes and the salt spray of the sea. I LOVE the rhythmic sound of the crashing waves and the rustle of seagrass. That's why I'm here. I truly enjoy seeing visitors reveling in the Cape Cod experience in the same way I have appreciated it for the past almost 30 years.     What is special about this property?
    When I first saw this beach cottage, I just had to have it! I absolutely loved the location...a walk to the beach in a tucked away neighborhood, but also right in the heart of everything!! There are restaurants, museums, parks, beaches, mini golf, ice cream, water sports, and everything you think of when you think of quintessential Cape Cod! I knew this would be the perfect place to offer to vacationers wanting the flexibility and convenience of a centralized location! It just needed some work to make it all I envisioned it to be...an adorable beach cottage where rustic charm meets with modern amenities. A place that has coastal decor, upscale furnishings, and all the conveniences you have grown to love at home. Throw that in with what most want to see in a Cape Cod vacation home (a nice roomy outdoor shower, fire pit, fire table, corn hole, beach gear, etc) and you have Seagrass Cottage <3. It's your vacation; go ahead and splurge a little.

    What is special about your town?
    Yarmouth is a masterfully planned and historically rife city. Three villages comprise Yarmouth, with each reflecting over three centuries' worth of culture, tradition, and splendor. Plan a vacation around the unique attractions and plenty of beach-side fun and fantastic restaurants among West Yarmouth. You will also find that West Yarmouth is a great central location to enjoy ALL the Cape has to offer. Convenient to route 28, route 6, and the ferries (and right in the middle of Cape Cod) any part of the Cape can become a day trip!
