The smaller bedroom has a window air conditioning unit and the rest of the house is cooled by a ductless wall air conditioning system. There is also a shower located in the side entry foyer to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
The second floor has a loft sitting room with futon and a master bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite bathroom including a large jetted tub.
Unwind in the evening with a barbeque in the private backyard. There is a nice deck overlooking natural trees and grounds.
