The first floor offers a light-soaked kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen and living room have beamed, cathedral ceilings. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub and two guest bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. The smaller bedroom has a window air conditioning unit and the rest of the house is cooled by a ductless wall air conditioning system. There is also a shower located in the side entry foyer to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

The second floor has a loft sitting room with futon and a master bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite bathroom including a large jetted tub.

Unwind in the evening with a barbeque in the private backyard. There is a nice deck overlooking natural trees and grounds.

Amenities include: Ductless Air Conditioning, Wireless Internet, 1 Television with Basic Cable, Dishwasher, Electric Range, Washer and Dryer in basement, gas grill, outdoor furniture, portable baby crib, toddler bed, 2 Bicycles, and 2 beach chairs. Fireplace is not for tenant's use. Sheets and towels are not provided.

This property is less than 1/2 mile from Great Pond, 2 miles from First Encounter Beach on the bay and 2.4 miles from Coast Guard Beach on the ocean. Eastham Windmill Park is less than a mile. The National Seashore Visitors Center is 1.3 miles away, Orleans center is 4.5 miles away, and Wellfleet Cinemas, Drive-in and Flea Market is 3.5 miles away.
