Our spacious haven offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms, plus two charming nooks ideal for younger guests, providing both privacy and togetherness for your large group. The home boasts two expansive decks overlooking the ocean, where you can sip your morning coffee or gather for sunset toasts. Our huge yard invites you to bask in the sun, enjoy outdoor games, or simply relish the tranquility of oceanfront living.

From the comfort of central AC to the convenience of our outdoor shower, every detail of our home is designed for your utmost comfort. Stroll just 1/4 to Menauhant Beach, or explore the local charm of Bourne's Pond, perfect for clamming and shellfishing adventures. With Falmouth's vibrant downtown, exquisite dining, and easy access to Martha's Vineyard nearby, your days can be as relaxing or adventurous as you wish

The First Floor bedroom configuration is:
Bedroom #1: Queen
Bedroom #2: Queen
Bedroom #3: 2 Twins
Bedroom #4: Bunkbed; Twin over Full

This floor has it's own heating/cooling system, with central AC to keep you cool throughout your stay. Large living room with Smart TV includes Youtube TV and all streaming apps available for you to login to your account. This floor contains 1 bathroom and a small kitchen.

The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms one with a King and the other with a Queen bed. The largest bedroom also contains a sitting area and desk if you need to work remotely during your stay. This floor features a very large kitchen, living room with TV, dining area 2 bathrooms and an amazing deck with views of the ocean and Bourne's Pond across the street. There are 2 additional small bedrooms in a loft area, perfect for children of certain ages. This floor is accessed by spiral staircase and has a wooden railing, so please use caution. Ceilings are low and sloped and each has 2 twin beds.

The second floor has mini-split AC units in the common area as well as largest bedroom. The additional bedroom should stay cool, but if not, a portable AC unit is available to help on the hottest days.
