This 3 bedroom cottage is on a quiet child-safe cul de sac! Perfect yard for sunbathing on patios side or on deck side. Plenty of outdoor furniture. The master bedroom(1st floor) has a queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom (1st floor) has a double bed and a twin bed. The second floor has 2 double beds and a private full bathroom. Condo/duplex style cottage with private entrance and yard with an outdoor shower. There is parking for 3 cars and parking is available on the street.

Stroll 10 minutes to Falmouth Village for shopping, dining, archade and bowling. Bike to Woods Hole on the nearby Shining Sea bike trail. Walk to the Harbor to take a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day! Thursdays are Farmer's Market day at the harbor with live music in the evening.

    Great stay

    This is the perfect place for families. I stayed with my husband and my daughter her husband and son. The upstairs has a full bath completely private bedroom with lots of space.

    The walk to the beach is a short one and to downtown with tons of great restaurants. You can't go wrong with this one .

    My husband and I have been summering in Falmouth for the last 25 years. It is by far our favorite place to be. As a teacher we packed up our car on the last day of school and my children and husband spent the entire summer here for years, not moving back to Easton until Labor Day. We have memories of sitting on the beach watching fireworks, the Falmouth road race, walking to the ice cream store, getting a cappuccino at Coffee O, the Landfall live music on Friday nights. Walking the beach at night when it's quiet and all you can hear is the surf makes all of the stresses of life go away.

    What is special about this property?
    Our street even in the middle of summer is a quiet peaceful getaway on a cul de sac so no thru traffic. The streets is child safe, the beach has a tidal pool so kids can bring floats. Being a flip flop walk to beach and a 10 minute walk to a hopping village is the best place to be in Falmouth. The Shining Sea Bike Trail is just around the corner and stretches from Woods Hole to West Falmouth Harbor and a little beyond. We have installed central air which is a huge comfort on hot hot nights. Sitting in the yard and enjoying the cool ocean breeze makes us lazy and sometimes we don't even make it to the beach. We often don't use our car as it is so close to everything we need for a wonderful vacation! Hearing the waves crashing at night and the fog horn in the distance reminds us of how lucky we are to be near the ocean.

    What is special about your town?
    If you visit Falmouth there is lots to do for all interests from breweries, to a huge playground and carousel behind the library. The restaurants in the Village are my favorites! Estia for Greek dining, Civettas or La Cuchina for Italian, Anejos for Mexican food, Quarterdeck and Liam McGuires for pub type food, Blue Fins for Sushi, Coffee Obsessions for coffee, Ben & Bills for ice cream and candy, and La Maison for an authentic French bakery. There are many boutiques and gift shops too.
