    We have many years of experience as Cape Cod renters and rentees! We love all the areas for different reasons. We live full time in Falmouth, but have most recently enjoyed Barnstable. We love the outdoors, beautiful scenery and peace that the Cape brings to our life. We love showing the best of Cape Cod to those that enjoy our properties as we have over the years. We got married this past October in Falmouth and have made so many lifelong memories here already, we hope you will to.

    What is special about this property?
    This home is unique post and beam construction with everything you need to experience Cape Cod at is finest. We love the quiet street, private yard and paths and the ocean breeze. Our home is roomy, open air and after a long day on the beach, a great space to unwind and enjoy a dinner on the deck. Gather inside or out, we don't think you can find a more complete location than our home at Sandy Neck Beach.

    What is special about your town?
    We are on the Sandwich / Barnstable line, which is an easy route to Sandwich town center and Barnstable. Sandy Neck Beach is a quick walk down the hill and there are dozens of small businesses within a quick drive to support and enjoy. With a beach pass, you can enjoy all that area has to offer on the sand and shoreline. Within 10-20 minutes you can visit Sandwich, Hyannis, Cotuit, Mashpee and many other small sanctuaries on our amazing island.
