BEDROOMS:
This stylish cape cottage accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms across 1 floor of living. The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet. Next to the primary bedroom is the second bedroom which offers a twin over double bed.

Extra sleeping space is available in the sunroom with daybeds to two additional twin beds.

SUN ROOM:
Pull the sliding glass door to the large bonus room across and let the kids watch the home’s second tv in their own space, as you keep an eye on them from the main living space. The room is great as a sleeping porch for older kids. Close the blinds and they can sleep until noon as you get on with your day in the rest of the house!

BATHROOM
There is one full updated bathroom on the main floor. It offers a tub/shower combo and comes fully stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and wash clothes are located in the large closet in the living room.

In the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor shower, a quintessential Cape Cod amenity!

KITCHEN & LOUNGE:
The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home, including a blender, coffee pot, and toaster. The dining nook seats 6 guests.

Take advantage of open concept living with the large living area situated just off the kitchen. Lounge on the large sectional in front of the 50'' Smart TV.

Last but not least, guests will have access to the washer and dryer, located in the large closet in the living room.


OUTSIDE SPACE:
Located in the popular Teaticket area of Falmouth, Maple St is a quiet dead end street off Maravista Ave. At the end of the street, you will find semi-private Little Pond. Guests have enjoyed having their toddlers splash in the water, launching the kayak, or hosting happy hour on the shore! Walk to the other end of the street to access Great Pond and go quahogging or clamming like the locals! The backyard is fully fenced in, making it peaceful and private, perfect for the pup to safely enjoy with the rest of the family. Enjoy grilling outside and eating on the back deck. 4 Adult bikes are provided as well as a kayak. Beach wagon, beach chairs, and yard games (corn hole) are located in the shed in the back as well.
