Contemporary home with a large private beach and docks on both Long Pond and Black Pond. Take a gradually descending path down to the property's large private sandy beach on both Long Pond and Black Pond, where you have use of the house pedal boat, kayak, canoe, docks, beach chairs, life jackets, and assorted beach games/toys. If you're bringing your boat, just launch it from the Brewster Beach ramp, 300 yards from the property’s beach, & dock it alongside the Long Pond dock.

This home had been a beloved Summer rental for years, with many longtime returning guests.

The spacious main level offers open-plan living with vaulted ceilings and water views from every window. A living room with plenty of seating and new flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfy loft space, and two bedrooms (one queen, one full), 1 full and 1 half bath. Sliding glass doors lead out onto a large wrap-around deck with a retractable awning, tables for dining, and chairs for relaxing, a gas grill & taking in the amazing views of Long Pond. The lower level of the house has a large living space with the second TV, a foosball table, and a midsize ping pong table and connects to a two-bedroom (one queen, one with 2 twin beds) and full-bath suite.

Walk out through a sliding glass door onto a terraced sitting area overlooking Long Pond. Around the corner, is the enclosed outdoor shower and dressing area and in the sandy side yard, is a firepit circled with Adirondack chairs for the perfect after-dinner ‘smores-making’ gathering. A short 200-yard stroll down the street provides immediate access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, walking, jogging, and rollerblading. Take the rail trail to the Pleasant Lake Pizza Shark for pizza, subs & ice cream!
