Fifteen foot high ceilings in the great room, windows everywhere looking out on the beautiful conservation area at the back, heated bathroom floors and tasteful choices of furnishings, fabrics, paint and wallpaper all combine to create a one-of-a-kind living experience. The home’s center of life is the kitchen with its expansive double-thickness center island. The kitchen flows into the great room, which, in turn, opens to the sunroom and beyond.

Your outdoor living will, of course, center on the beautiful pool and adjacent hot tub. Sun loungers and dining table all surround the beautiful luscious space.

This home offers multiple inviting lounge areas, each as comfortable and appealing as the next. Sleeping accommodations include six bedrooms. Each has bedding for two with the exception of the bunk room which has bedding for four. . There are three kings, two queen and two bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bath en suite.

There is a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. To complete its resort-like amenities, a game room in the basement has a ping pong table, a large wall-hung TV, and a mirrored room for yoga or your exercise of choice.

The home is cooled via an ultra-quiet air conditioning system with several zones for your comfort.

This property has a seven-night minimum stay. As is customary in vacation rentals, there are additional fees to the rates listed. In addition, state and local taxes are applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length, totaling 14.45%.
