Welcome to the Pineapple House! This Grand Lady - a historic 1815 home - has been artfully restored with Central A/C, Dog friendly and is waiting for you. Centered in downtown Harwich Port, this home has a lovely fenced in yard, inviting deck and is close to all that Harwich Port has to offer from restaurants to shops and our famous sandy beaches - just a short walk away.  Bonus:  Linens and towels included.

We love the wide plank hardwood floors and paid close attention to keeping those beautiful antique characteristics intact while restoring this home. Let Us Tell You About This Home:
The driveway is to the left of the home and leads you to plenty of parking in the rear with an exit for easy access. You will enter from the side deck with grill and ample outdoor seating for your entertaining needs. You step inside through the sliding glass doors into a living room with flat screen TV and large couch with a chaise lounge and 2 occasional chairs for comfortable seating after a long day of shopping.  The Pineapple house has deeded rights to the semi-private beach on Pilgrim Street - just remember to bring your beach pass!

This home has beautifully restored hard wood floors throughout along with floor to ceiling windows with their original wavy style glass - an updated classic with all the charm of days gone by.

To the right of the living room you will step down into bedroom #1 the Master Suite with king size bed with couch for relaxing - the ensuite full bathroom has marble tiles, a stack-able washer and dryer and large walk in shower with rain head shower. 

The kitchen is located in the center of this classically updated home with a marble island with sink and 4 stools.  The all stainless appliances include a 6 burner gas stove, fridge and dishwasher. Enjoy early morning or late evening conversation or perhaps a game of chess in the sitting area located just off the kitchen which also adorns a beautiful antique fireplace and mini bar.  Just off this sitting area is Bathroom #2 a well appointed half bath with pedestal sink and port hole mirror. 

The dining room has wonderful floor to ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light. The table has seating for 6 and a mother of pearl shell chandelier and buffet for ease of serving dinner.  To the left of the dining area is the main entry with staircase to the second floor. 

At the top of the stairs is a unique alcove for reading with comfortable chaise lounge. To the left is Bedroom #2 with 2 Double beds, built in shelving, a step up window seat where you can people watch on Main Street or enjoy a good book.  This bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with walk in, step up glass enclosed shower.  Bedroom #3 is to the right and has a queen bed with built in closets and shelves. Walk thru the bedroom to a ensuite full bath with glassed in walk in shower and sky light.

The Pineapple House has No Working Fireplaces.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

Pet Friendly Homes are for a Dog only.  This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. 
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
