Charming Cape style cottage located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. Unwind after a day of exploring historic Main Street in Hyannis, or the nearby islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, or roaming local beaches, with a memorable stay at Harbor Village Cape Cod, right by the scenic Atlantic shore.

Cottage sleeps 6. Master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with two twin beds, plus two twin beds in the loft. This cottage is advertised as a 2BR because the third bedroom in the loft is only accessible by a fixed ladder from the 1st floor of the cottage. For safety purposes, only adults or children 13 years of age or older should climb the ladder to the loft.

Free Parking for 2 cars. There is a large sunny front deck with beautiful ocean breeze and great ocean views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch the ferries traveling back and forth from the islands to Hyannis Harbor. There is another deck in the rear of the cottage, with a gas grill. <br /> <br /> This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute walk on the footpath to the beaches. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees. <br /> <br /> This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. Laundry detergent for the washer. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, a dish towel, and a pot scrubber. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, lobster pot. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker and we provide the filters but not the coffee. Please bring a bag of your favorite ground coffee. Free daily trash pick-up from outside your front door each morning. <br /> <br /> Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 5. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 5 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).<br /> <br /> Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod.
