Beautiful ocean breeze and views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can relax and read a book, while watching the ferries traveling back and forth from the islands to Hyannis Harbor. A day bed in living room also has nice ocean view.

This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village"s sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees. <br /> <br /> This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 6. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 6 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).<br /> <br /> Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod.
