Luxurious, secluded Cape house 1/4 mile from pub ocean beach

We were very pleased with this rental. Plenty of space for large groups, 3 baths and a large private yard despite being so terrifically centrally located. You are 1 mile away from a major grocery store, 3 miles from Trader Joe's, 3 miles from downtown Hyannis ferries and about a quarter of a mile to two main beaches.

This house is very well organized and stocked, beach chairs, towels, firewood, boogie boards , umbrellas…any kitchen tool you could need.

If you are looking for a large space in the prime central location of the Cape , that's reasonably priced and thoughtfully organized and stocked , this is it, can't go wrong. I only wish we had stayed longer, hopefully another time.

This is a very spacious and well appointed home. It is very well supplied with cleaners, toiletries (with the exception of shampoo and conditioner), leftover food items and basic food stuffs like oil, vinegars and spices. There were also ample dishwasher and laundry pods. The house and furnishings are dated but clean. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioners worked well throughout the home. Kurt is a kind and responsive owner and answered all my questions promptly. The location is great and we spent a lot of time at Covell's and Craigsville beaches (both walkable), which are lovely. Hyannis is close by and there are several grocery stores and shopping areas nearby.

This was the first time that our group had stayed at this location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our group of 8 had more than enough room, both inside and outside the house. We were very impressed with the neatness and organization of the house. And the 12 minute walk to the beach was a home run. Great house and would definitely rent again in the future.

Extremely comfortable house at the end of a cul-de-sac within walking distance to Craigville Beach, which is a perfect beach for small children. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 grandkids. The 3-floor layout provides space and privacy if needed, so you never felt as you were crowded into a confined space. There is both a beautiful side yard and a back yard with furniture and a grille for cook outs. We all agreed (yes, that's unusual) that we'll hopefully return next summer.

The house was perfect for our three generation family. Even with a lot of people, everyone had their own space. The beach is a five minute walk away, and every imaginable beach accessory was included—even bikes. We would love to have made s'mores in the outdoor fire pit, but with so much to do in the area, the week passed too quickly. The house has a great secluded yard, located at the end of a dead end street, and is very clean. We were able to prepare even gourmet meals in the extremely well stocked kitchen and Kurt and Sue are terrific hosts. Thank you for a great stay!

This house has everything you would need. Private yard. Three floors of living areas. Home is very well equipped. We had 14 and we were more than comfortable. Beach is very close and beautiful. Owners very nice to work with. Can't wait to go next year.

This property was perfect for our group of 7 ladies! We are a group of old college roomates, and every year we spend a week on Cape Cod to reconnect and enjoy the week together. We loved staying at this property. It was very spacious and almost all of us were able to have our own room. Kurt was so easy to work with and was very responsive! We blew a fuse our first night there, and Kurt was quick to answer my call and point us in the right direction or the breaker. I can’t say enough great things about this property and working with Kurt! Highly recommend staying here

My family has rented on the Cape for as long as I can remember, but as the years went by, our family grew and we desperately needed to find a house that would fit all the adults and children comfortably. This was the perfect house for us!

There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space to sleep, in addition to some great large rooms for when we all wanted to gather together! The back yard is very spacious and we spent most nights gathering out there! Kurt supplies lots of beach/ camping chairs as well as beach toys & bicycles!

It's about 1/4 mile walk to the beach but we ended up purchasing 1 parking pass for the week and did a lot of shuttling/ pick up & drop offs.

Kurt was a great host and when a minor issue happened with one of the bathrooms, Kurt responded right away and got someone to come over and take care of it within 24 hrs! Luckily there are plenty of bathrooms so it was no issue for us.

Can't say enough great things about this rental. It's tough to find a Cape house that is close to the beach, able to fit 12+ people ... and so reasonably priced. We've already booked for next summer!

My family and I had a very great vacations at this home. It's a very great place. The house is big and clean. You find everything you need.

My wife and I rented this house for a family vacation that included ourselves, my wife's parents, sister, and niece, and my brother, sister-in law, nephew & niece (10 of us altogether). We originally planned to have my parents with us but they could not make it. However, we would have had plenty of room for them if they had been able to join us. The house had mostly everything we needed, was comfortable, and the location was perfect. There is a nice beach within walking distance (or a very short bike ride), and it is centrally located within the Cape, very close to Hyannis and also close to other towns like Yarmouth and Dennis that have plenty of activities. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to find something fun to do. And while the close proximity to Hyannis was convenient for purposes of taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, the house is very secluded in a quiet area, with no congestion or noise. So the location could not have been better. The layout of the house was also perfect for us. The kitchen had enough room for us to all sit at the table together for breakfast and dinner, and the living room is spacious and was a favorite hang out spot at night. Overall our vacation was a great bonding experience, and this house helped make it possible. Our family had a blast, and we came away with memories that will last a lifetime. I would recommend renting this house if you are thinking about having an affordable family vacation at the Cape and have around 10-12 people.

My friends and I recently rented this house for the week and loved it! It was perfect for our group size, with plenty of sleeping space and a large backyard for hanging out. The house was also very close to the beach and only a ten minute drive to downtown Hyannis! We really liked the privacy of the home as well. The owners were very kind and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend renting this house!

A few of my friends and I rented the Linden's Cranberry Lane Cape house for the week and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is 2 minutes from Craigville Beach, which was beautiful! Parking at the beach was very affordable after we bought a one week parking pass from the Hyannis Youth Center. The house is also located 10 minutes from downtown Main Street, Hyannis, where we enjoyed the many restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for our group! We had plenty of places to sleep as the house has 5 bedrooms! And the 2 family rooms and large backyard gave us plenty of space to hang out as a group! The homeowners were extremely helpful. Any questions I had were answered via email within 24 hours! I would definitely suggest renting this home!

This was a wonderful home to stay in for the week. The house had incredible amounts of space between the kitchen and two family rooms (upstairs and downstairs) and several bedrooms. The backyard was very spacious and while the location of the house offered quiet privacy, it was also very close to Craigville Beach and Main Street Hyannis. The owners were an absolute pleasure. We had all of our questions answered promptly by email and the security deposit was mailed back less than a week after we left the property. A wonderful home to spend time, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space, privacy and very close to the beach. It's a suitable home for all ages. I would recommend the home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a large yet cozy home.
