Location- quiet residential neighborhood next to the outdoor pool with a 2 minute walk to Keyes Beach. Unit is at the end which is is connected to other units.
Inside- extremely well kept, clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Perfect size for a couple.
Bedroom- the most comfortable mattress/bedding. The air conditioner was nice and cool. Big closet and lots of drawer space. Table top fan & tv. Windows to open. Towels provided.
Bathroom- large tub/shower, great shower heads, window to open. Sink is very small. Storage behind mirror & under sink.
Living room/kitchen- air conditioner was nice and cool. Table seats 4. Kitchen has everything needed. TV, couch & chaise lounge chair. 2 windows to open.
Outside- Patio with table/4 chairs, grill, beach items.
Parking spot close to unit.
Truly enjoyed my stay at this clean, newly renovated, well kept, cozy, comfortable unit!

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 4 and 6) just got back from THE best vacation at this condo! I can honestly say I contribute a large amount of that to what a great location this condo is, as well as the pool that is within the complex. The condo is located right near the pool, but is still very private with a lovely patio. The pool was never busy and actually felt like our own! The attendant was super friendly. It was a 1 minute walk to the end of the drive where you are directly on beautiful Keyes/Sea St beach. Having young children, it was so convenient to be able to go back and forth between the pool and ocean depending on what mood we (or the kids) were in. Krsana's condo had everything we needed: extra towels, sheets, beach toys for our kids, beach chairs, a Keurig and K Cups… and she even left a welcome basket with local treats for us. It was very clean so no concerns there! Between the kitchen and the outdoor grill we made most meals right there. We were also only a 3 minute drive to downtown Main St and the port where we spent lots of time. It's a great find in a nice quiet complex. Thank you Krsana!

My husband, toddler and I had the best time at Krsana's rental. As our first trip to Cape Cod, we were unsure what to expect but had the best time! The condo was in the perfect central location. The quick walk to the ocean cannot be beat! Also a very quick drive into town for all the restaurants and shops. We had such an amazing time, Krsana was a fantastic host!

We never stay anywhere else when we come to visit the Cape. This condo is the perfect size for our small family with small details that make us feel comfortable and at home. Parking was easy and there are even guest spots. Upon arrival, there is always a sweet welcome gift with awesome, locally made treats. The cookies were DELICIOUS! Krsana also left a book in the condo with awesome restaurant and day trip recommendations. We tried quite a few of them and they were all great! Most of the ones in her book are located right down the road, on Main Street. The location is really convenient. Close enough to walk to all of the nightlife on Main Street, walking distance to the beach, and only a short drive to all of the other hot spots.

The interior of the condo is so beach-y and cute. Light, airy, and white with ocean blue details. It is exactly what I think of when I think of a beach vacation. There is a small kitchen with everything you need to cook. We went to Trader Joe's and cooked at the condo a few nights instead of going out which was very nice. The patio has a table with chairs and an umbrella and there is also a grill. We utilized this space daily.

Don't even get me started on the bed. I was blown away by the comfort of the king-sized bed. We can almost never find a king at vacation rentals so this was a treat! We spent more time in bed than expected, but the relaxation and comfort was worth it. I was also pleasantly surprised to have air conditioners in the condo, although they were not always needed. The location gets a nice ocean breeze.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay here. Krsana was an extremely welcoming host and was always happily available if we needed anything. This will be our number one choice each year when we come back to visit the Cape!

This Hyannis cottage is located just a three minute walk from Keyes Memorial Beach, which has nice sand and very gentle waves, and was perfect for my 7 and 5 year old kids to swim. We were also able to walk ten more minutes over to Kalmus beach to enjoy the snack bar. Kalmus has a ton of shells, which makes walking a bit uncomfortable, so we preferred the beach by the cottage for that reason. We walked to Veteran's Memorial Beach for Fireworks on the 4th of July, which was a bit of haul, but doable! Over all the location was phenomenal, as Sea Street intersects with the end of Main Street where all of the cute shops and candy stores are located!

The cottage itself is the perfect size for our family of four and nicely air conditioned. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need for cooking including the Keurig coffee. I used the drip coffee maker, since I brought my own. We received a welcome gift of Cape Cod chips, paper plates, and delicious local cranberry drinks which was very thoughtful.

The pool was heated and well cared for. It was open 11 to 7 each day and it often felt like a private pool because there was no one there except our family and the pool attendant.

The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom shower has a really great shower head that is adjustable and detachable, which is nice for kids. Linens were clean and high quality.

Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Dish soap is provided. Basket with hairdryer, and some left over items, like sample shampoos and sunblock were there in case we forgot any of our own, which was nice.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are stored outside for your use. We also used the outdoor grill one night to make dinner.

The host is lovely and gave us good suggestions for what to do and where to eat in a little book and she sent great info ahead of our arrival. We booked via the "We Need A Vacation" website, but it's nice to see it cross listed on Trip Advisor.

We stayed here for our second time & loved every minute! The cottage was very clean upon our arrival. We were lucky to have beautiful weather all week as well. After a day at the beach, we often came back to relax at the pool, and then we'd go some place new each night for dinner.

We’d highly recommend staying and vacationing here. We plan to come back as well!

Very peaceful, quiet and serene. Clean and cozy with all the comforts of home! Beautiful area so close to the beach you can smell the salt water when you walk outside. Thought and care went into this condo, and you can feel it the moment you arrive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer. Would love to go back! And the homeowners were helpful and friendly. Great vacation spot!

Great location , very accommodating, clean and cozy. Have stayed here before and would again. Love the 1 minute walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets. Close to everything you need.

My parents and I had a wedding down the Cape and chose this cute little condo to stay in. It was the perfect size for what we needed - my parents used the bedroom with the comfiest bed they've ever slept on and I slept on a cot in the living room...and being 6 months pregnant, it was super comfy and I slept perfectly. Everything was so clean and updated, I wish I could decorate my house as cute as this condo. Anything that we either forgot to pack or didn't think to pack was equipped in the condo, like a hair dryer which I was so lucky was available to use. There were plenty of clean towels and blankets in case you needed them. The beach is literally walking distance away, although it rained every day we were there, but it was still nice to go to downtown Hyannis, which is maybe a 3 minute drive away. There was a binder full of information if you had any questions, and there were the essential food items in case you needed a snack.

It was a perfect spot for my family and our special getaway for a night! Thank you so much to the Henry family

We enjoyed our first visit to Cape Cod. The cottage was small but clean & well appointed. The owner greeted us in person to give a tour of the cottage & offer up suggestions for grocery stores, restaurants, sight-seeing, etc. Included was a lovely gift basket of local treats. We were close to a small public beach & within walking distance to downtown Hyannis plus walking distance to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket. A nice in-ground pool was available on site, but we never got a chance to use it due to its limited hours of operation (10 am to 6/6:30 pm). Outside of these hours it was locked, and we would have liked to use it in the evening after we returned from our day's excursions.
Hyannis is a good central location on the Cape, and we were able to do many day trips to Provincetown, Falmouth, Plymouth, the National Seashore State Park, etc. The neighborhood surrounding the cottage was very quiet which made sitting out on the patio very relaxing.

Great rental accommodation, everything you require is provided, even down to beach towels, bag and many more accessories. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have your own patio area, and the pool was very close.

Although we did not have any transport, this was not a problem. It was a nice walk to Main Street, the Harbour and restaurants. We used public transport which was very good. The owner was very helpful and even took us to a supermarket to stock our fridge and freezer.
We hope to return.

Charming, it is! Clean, quiet, a well equipped kitchen and other necessities, comfortable and near beach, shopping, restaurants, downtown Hyannis and several beaches. It is steps from the community pool. The grounds are well maintained. The owner is kind and available upon call. We will return next year.

We were very pleased with all this condo has to offer. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig was great, and the living area is a quaint hang out spot. The master bedroom is very cozy, and the bed was SO comfortable! The newly remodeled bathroom was very nice as well.

The patio is the perfect place to relax and grill up some dinner. I enjoyed having the option of going to the pool next door, or taking a short walk down to Keyes Beach. The area is very quiet, but a quick ride up the street will put you in the middle of Hyannis on Main Street to visit the various shops, restaurants and bars in the area.

For rest and relaxation on Cape Cod, ''Beach Heaven'' is the place to be. It's a great location, so close to absolutely everything. It's quiet and so convenient to the main street. The condo is impeccably clean and the master bed is perfect. The art work is absolutely beautiful!!!

We were thrilled with this condo and being able to go out the front door and simply walk onto the beach. We already booked for 2015.

We are very familiar with the Cape Cod area and were thoroughly impressed with the quality, location,and owners of this condo on the beach. The owners had a lovely basket of Cape-made treats waiting for us on the table along with beach necessities. The decor is lovely and "Cape-y" with lots of beautiful paintings. We enjoyed the king sized bed, newly remodeled bathroom and the convenient closeness to the pool and the beautiful private beach. It is very close to Main Street as well, which is one of the most fun-filled places on all of the Cape. We went to Brazilian Grille on Main Street which was wonderful and then went to the private beach mentioned above, where Michael proposed to me. I said yes and we spent the rest of our time in the condo which proved to be the perfect mix of romance and coziness. I couldn't imagine a more lovely place for him to choose.
