Relax and enjoy a seaside vacation at our comfortable home.
Clean and spacious, family friendly, 3 bedroom house with extra family room and outdoor patio. Freshly painted, with central A/C and new furnishings; two 50'' Smart TVs and WiFi. Bed linens are also included.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes to the warm waters of Craigville and Covell's Beaches on Nantucket Sound. Explore all the beaches of Barnstable on the Sound and on Cape Cod Bay (see Beach listing below), visit Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard via the ferry, enjoy the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in Hyannis and surrounding villages; the Melody Tent, golf courses, deep sea fishing, and the Kennedy compound/museum are nearby; bring the kids to the Drive-In at Wellfleet,or a sunset whale watch out of Provincetown or Mattakeese Wharf in Barnstable Village; walk the miles of coastline, visit the majestic National Seashore, or surf cast the nearby beaches and jetties at sunset or early morn for striped bass and blues, just minutes away. There are enough activities to keep all ages happy! Catch a sunset, watch the moon rise, or just relax at home, enjoy a nice barbecue, and chill in the screened patio.

This is a 3 Bedroom home (1.queen 2.queen 3.bunk bed + twin, all with new mattresses), 1.5 baths (master BR has a half bath), with comfortable Central AC, a cheery modern kitchen, a spacious living room w/2 comfy sofas and 50'' Smart TV, a separate larger family room with a new queen sleep sofa, new deep plush carpeting and 2nd 55'' Smart TV. Attached is a quiet, screened-in patio w/lighting and over head fan to enjoy outdoor dining and summer evenings with access to a large back yard for the children to enjoy.

Other amenities: Enjoy the privacy of a cozy hot/cold outdoor shower, BBQ-grill, washer&dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cable TV & WiFi.

Included is a FREE Beach Pass that is valid for parking at all Beaches, Lakes, Ponds & waterways in the Barnstable area.

Additional items included: New mattresses, Bed linens, beach chairs, and umbrella; iron and ironing board; the basics - laundry & dishwasher detergent, kitchen bags, etc.

Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): Inquire for winter rental $1400-$1500 month + utilities. Minutes from Hyannis center, Cape Cod hospital, Rt 6 and neighboring Mashpee/Falmouth towns. Our home offers one-floor accomodations and is energy efficient.

Additional pricing info: $100 Cleaning fee. For multiple weeks, $100 discount to be applied.

Lovely Hyannis rental

There was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out in this clean and well maintained home. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved eating dinner outside on the screened in porch. It was wonderful to have a living room and a family room (each with a tv) so the teenagers could have their own space at night.

The location was very convenient for beach going, and a 10 minute stroll from the grocery store. The beach pass provided access to a number of beaches, including Dowses, our favourite beach which can only be accessed with a Resident parking pass.

Diane and Pat were very gracious and only an email or phone call away. This was our 11th season vacationing in Hyannis and our first in this rental. This will be our rental for season 12!

I would recommend staying in this lovely home. When you walk in you feel very welcomed. Everything you would like to see is just minutes away. You are minutes away from the beaches. We even got up early to go and see the sunrise. It was breathtaking...
