This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath, Cape-style house is situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end street in a peaceful neighborhood setting. The house is bordered on two sides by conservation land (protecting the Simmons Pond watershed) and offers lots of privacy. The house has updated furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. The main level features a fully stocked, eat-in kitchen that opens to a deck with gas grill and dining table. A cozy living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV, formal dining room, and a full bath complete the first floor. The second floor houses a spacious master bedroom (queen bed), a full bath, and two additional guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with bunk beds.
The finished, walk-out basement houses a media room with a smart TV, Blueray player, music system, a ping-pong table, and two comfortable queen size inner coil futons.
The farmer's porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A spacious outdoor shower was added in 2018. The house has high speed internet and wifi, as well as a cell phone signal booster to ensure reliable service. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys are provided. Linens - including bedsheets, bath and beach towels - are NOT provided.
