Welcome to Whip-O-Will House! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath Cape-style home sits at the end of a quiet, dead-end street in a peaceful neighborhood. Bordered on two sides by conservation land protecting the Hyannis watershed, it offers exceptional quiet and privacy. Inside, you’ll find central AC, updated furnishings, and hardwood floors throughout.
On the main level is a fully stocked, eat-in kitchen that opens to a deck with a gas grill and dining table. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace and smart TV, and a formal dining room offers additional space for meals and gatherings. A full bath with shower and tub completes the first floor.
The second floor bedrooms have been recently updated and include a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, 2 large closets, and dedicated workspace; a second bedroom with a queen bed; and a third bedroom with two twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is also located on the 2nd floor. <br />

The finished walk-out basement is a great hangout for kids and teens, and includes two queen-size futons for optional sleeping arrangements, a smart TV, music player, and ping-pong table. Full laundry facilities are also located in the basement.<br />
