This wonderful home is located on a quiet street, corner lot, within walking distance of Main Street Hyannis and the Melody Tent, which boasts a top music venue. The beach is 4/10 mile away, all you need to do is walk out of the house , make a left and walk to ocean avenue. You will also be close to the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

Enjoy barbecue grilling on the large private deck with three different seating areas. A private outdoor shower is also available. While inside, have a great time in the great room which offers a bar and wide screen TV, DVD Cable and WIFI.

Please no pets, no smoking allowed on the premises. Beach pass allows access to many beaches, provided with a refundable deposit of $475.00.

    Pristine condition, clean

    My family and I have vacationed at this lovely property in the fall for three years.
    This is a beautiful, well decorated, comfortable Cape-style home situated just off the more heavily trafficked areas of Hyannis on a quiet street, but close to the water, harbor, shopping, and restaurants. The neighborhood has a classic Cape appearance and feeling to it. The home it is well furnished and has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a relaxed Cape vacation. It is in pristine condition, clean and easy to use during your stay. Everything is ready for you, making it an easy in and out.
    We would recommend it from a couple or to a large family for an enjoyable, reasonably priced, carefree stay at Cape Cod.

    Wonderful vacation home!

    Our family has stayed here several times and we love it. Very clean and spacious. Love the bunk room for the kids/teens. Plenty of space for all. Great private backyard deck. Convenient location to downtown Hyannis and all the Cape had to offer! Easy and beautiful walk or bike ride to 3 beaches.
