This quaint, nicely furnished cottage is ideal for a family vacation. Only 100 yards to a private beach and within walking distance of stores and two town beaches (one of which is world famous for windsurfing). The quiet neighborhood & very large yard are perfect for young children.

The breezeway between the house and garage offers a pleasant spot to sit, eat and enjoy the cool summer off-shore breezes. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, and an outdoor shower, and linens are provided. The house has central AC.

    Perfect Cape vacation

    Cottage was perfect for our family. Close to Hyannis downtown with lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Beach is almost in your backyard. Ferry station is just down the road and we took a trip to Nantucket. You can catch little league baseball games for free in short biking distance.

    Cottage was nice and clean and plenty of room to spread. Kids loved the outside big yard to play soccer and other games. Owner was very responsive.
