We're located in scenic Hyannisport, within an easy walk or bike ride of many local beaches, including less than .75 mi to Fortes Beach or Ocean Avenue Beach. 1 mile to Sea Street Beach and 2 Miles to Craigville Beach.
There are 2 well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a ''smart'' flat screen TV with cable and streaming channels. Comfy linens are provided. Full bath with fluffy bath towels and beach towels for your convenience. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Large comfortable living room with ''smart''flat screen TV and a separate farm-table for dining . The sunny eat-in kitchen is spacious and provides a coffee maker, dishwasher, and all amenities for a comfortable stay. Internet is also provided. When you return from a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, and have a meal outside, or enjoy a refreshing beverage on the deck and just relax!
The neighborhood is quiet and serene, yet walkable to Main St., the Melody Tent, as well as local beaches. Craigville Beach is a 2-3 minute drive. Bring your bike, explore Hyannisport, view the stunning sunsets from one of the local beaches, or drive down to the other end of the Cape for a day at the National Seashore! Anything you
do will be sure to bring great memories! Pet allowed on case by case basis, with pet fee and pet cleaning fee.

    Great house, great location

    Hello. This lovely home was a big hit for myself, husband and 2 teenagers. It was a quick hop to the ferries, and a walk to main st. We walked off the Brazillian Grille dinner! We rode our bikes down to the beach and the outdoor shower was a great treat after that. The neighborhood is wonderful and quiet. We loved staying there, and the boys loved the big flat screen tv's, especially being able to get the streaming channels. We are re-booking for next summer!

    this place has a great location, central to the beaches and we walked to the kennedy compound!
    this was a great short escape. Hoping to come back in August for a week.

    Hi! I have so many great memories spending vacations ''down the Cape''!
    I grew up in the Boston area, and always lived all the Cape has to offer; the beaches, fresh air, collecting sea shells, and fresh seafood!! I am proud to share my little cottage with you and hope you will make some great memories too!

    What is special about this property?
    I love that the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to Nantucket sound beaches, yet walkable to The cafes, wine bars, ice cream shops and boutiques of Main St.! It's also a quick drive or bike ride to the Docks with ferries to the Islands!!
