We had a great time at this quaint rental house for my family and my cousin's family. Easy walk to Keyes Beach and Hyannis. The house had plenty of towels and kitchen accessories which was a nice touch. Thank you!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this rental. The location was great, walking distance to beach, downtown Main St, harbor, Cape Cod baseball league field. Four bedrooms meant plenty of room for my husband and me and three adult children. We especially liked that there were three bathrooms. The house has air conditioning, which we appreciated on hot and humid days. There were beach items available (chairs, coolers, etc) which we did not use as we brought our own. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need. Home was very clean. Homeowner kept in touch and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again should the need arise. This rental checked all the boxes for us.

What a cute cottage! We stayed here with two young kids and my elderly parents. The main floor bedroom with an attached bathroom was perfect for my parents as they never had to walk up any stairs. You cannot beat the location. It was an easy walk to a cute little beach, a short drive to other great beaches, and an easy walk to downtown. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of things to use at the beach as well. Kristen was very responsive and a great host.

What's not to love about this home?!? It's so welcoming and comfortable— the location is perfect! Like being at home but better!! This was our third visit and we definitely hope to return!

This is our second time renting this cottage. We are family of 6 with teenagers, young adults and boomers. The cottage is located in an area that has something special for all ages. If you rent this adorable place, you will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots etc. The owner provides all linens.this is the first time we ever had this incredible service for a cottage rental.
The beach is an easy walk as is the downtown Hyannis area. The house provides abundant privacy because it has 3 full baths and 4 bedrooms. The house is decorated with many interesting items.
Finally, I would like to comment on the kindness the owner, Kristen shows her renters. She really extends a huge welcome to all who stay in her home. She is a delight to work with and answers all questions about the house and the area.
We have already booked for next year!

This is the second year we have rented this house. It felt like we were coming home. House was VERY clean and kitchen has it all. Beach,downtown and Hyannis ferries very close and within walking distance. Hope to there next year. Pat

Our family of four had a fabulous time at Kristen's. The house was true to the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. We had plenty of space to spread out and appreciated 3 full baths. Kristen was super communicative with any question. We also liked being able to walk to everything. We felt at home and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Once again, we had a wonderful carefree stay at the house. The house is so charming with plenty of room for a family. (Hint: "escape" to the reading room for some downtime or to read a book.)
We appreciate the location with a short walk to the beach or a walk to the shopping and restaurants on Main Street.
Looking forward to another stay next year.

Perfect Get Away Cottage!
This fully equipped cottage is in a fantastic location! Our family walked downtown, to the beach and to a local breakfast cafe every day! The cottage is ideal for teens because they can independently explore the area!

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything a chef could desire! The master bedroom is a suite with attached bathroom.

Having three full bathrooms in the cottage was luxury our family of six really enjoyed!
The homeowner, Kristen was wonderful to deal with!

We really enjoyed our week in your home! The two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for our kids. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The walk to Keyes Beach was very quick and easy. We would definitely come back!

What a wonderful vacation home! The location was great - walking distance to the beach and Main Street as well as centrally located on the Cape so many museums and attractions were a short drive away.

The house was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect place to relax in between excursions. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could make dinner some nights. The homeowner left clear instructions for the house as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We contacted her with a question and she got back to us right away. We will rent again!

Just returned from a week at this property. It is so clean and very charming. Plenty of space and if you have a family, you will appreciate the eat in kitchen. (Love the stove!)
The location is superb, the beach is walkable as are the restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Wonderfully charming cottage, conveniently located to the beach and town! We loved our stay here. The place has so many nice touches and is very well cared for. Kristen, the owner, was very attentive and responsive to all our needs. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard very much and used it many times for family dinners and just sitting outside. The bird houses were an added nice touch. The house was also very convenient for easy access to the beach and walking into town. The town itself is very charming. We loved the Kennedy Museum, town square, and the many ice cream places. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Really enjoyed our time here. Great location - owner was extremely helpful - provided several suggestions of area attractions which we enjoyed. House was super clean and with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms very accommodating. House was so well stocked - really didn't need to bring anything but clothes and food! Nice quiet neighborhood with a shady backyard for relaxing. Several beaches nearby. Would definitely recommend!!!

Highly recommend this home. On a quiet street but still walking distance to the center of town. Also short walking distance to the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family to comfortably stay. Everything was in pristine condition. Perfect backyard to have a BBQ or just relax and read a book. All the kitchen essentials were already there so cooking was not a burden. Loved the old fashioned stove - brought back memories from my youth. So nice to have a couple of different sitting rooms to be together and not feel like you were on top of everyone. Can't say enough positive things about our experience. Truly a gem.!!

We stayed in this very nice house for a month in June and July with our 3 teenage kids. We all had a very nice vacation. The house is walking distance from the beach, and 2 other beaches can very easily be reached by bike. There is room for everyone in the house, and 3 bathrooms which is great. We also had very nice dinners in the backyard, and in the restaurants from Main Street and on the harbor. And the owner is super nice and helpful! We hope we can come back soon!
