Quiet Family Neighborhood in the Center of Cape Cod

We just can't say enough great things about this beautiful home we enjoyed on vacation! My husband and I along with our two little dogs were looking for a relaxing week at the Cape and we found it. We were greeted with a lovely, welcoming note, as well as a bouquet of flowers and some treats to enjoy during our stay. The house was immaculate- everything was very clean and in its place. The beautifully decorated living room was comfortable to sit and read or watch the large screen TV. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of linens and blankets, as well as plenty of towels, – again – everything pristine! Beautiful kitchen with all the conveniences as well as a screened sunroom to sit and enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped backyard that had a nice table and chairs as well as a gas grill and fire pit. The house was close to beaches and a short drive to downtown Hyannis where we enjoyed dinner many evenings. Lynnette even had beach chairs and beach towels for us to use. She was great to deal with and she thought of everything that you could possibly need while you were on vacation. We can't wait to return next year! show more show less

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay here for our weekend getaway. The house is in a superb condition and its located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property owner is easy to work with and responsive. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Lynette!!

This is a beautiful house and our family enjoyed our time there during our vacation. The house and the grounds are very well kept. There are plenty of towels for bath and beach, as well as beach chairs and coolers. The backyard is beautiful, with a nice round table under an awning and good working grill. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of places to walk or ride a bike. The house is centrally located to Craigville beach and Shopping area.

This house was even nicer in person than shown in photos. Very large with plenty of room for two families, beautiful and quiet backyard, close to everything. Lynette was wonderful - had all the necessities we could have asked for and more (including beach gear)! Also very nice quiet family neighborhood while still being very close to everything. You can tell she put a lot of thought into everything and it made our week there feel like home. Nearby beaches within 10 minutes and tons of restaurants and activities, kids had a blast would definitely stay here again!! show more show less

The layout of this home was wonderful for our family of five. The home was well appointed with everything you need from kitchen necessities to beach chairs and towels. The location in a nice neighborhood was a short drive to beaches and downtown Main Street. Lynette was very attentive and available for any questions we had regarding the property. We were even greeted with a hand written welcome, lovely flowers, farm fresh eggs and a s'mores kit which was perfect for the fire pit in the backyard.

Adorable, clean, and spacious home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Lynnette went above and beyond to make our family stay comfortable and easy. We even arrived to the most adorable welcome package on the counter (thanks again Lynnette!) The backyard is amazing, and the fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows! The driveway is spacious, and beaches are a short drive away. Looking forward to hopefully returning next Summer!

We had an excellent time on the Cape, the home we rented had everything we needed and more. Owners were so hospitable and took care of everything, which made our time in vacation so relaxing. Thank you.
