Stylish beach home with Ocean views!

Booked this place on the spur of the moment to celebrate an event. The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The views from the porch, living room are so calming. We sat there a lot of the time.  The yard had a fire pit and that was very nice too. Would definitely like to return next summer.

We just got back today and I can't love this place enough.

First of all….location, location, location. It is literally right across the street from the beach. They have a cooler, beach toys and multiple chairs available for use. It's such a short walk to the house, you can literally leave your things on the beach and come back for lunch, snacks, bathroom breaks. There is a screened in porch on the back of the house where you can hang your wet towels on a provided towel rack and store your chairs for the next day. The house itself is so well appointed, it has everything you could need and more. It has items that we often find missing in other rental homes (iron/ironing board, wine opener, extension cords, spices, fans, beach towels). On the first day, I always find myself buying extra garage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning materials—but this place has it all. Along with 3 smart TV's and fast WiFi, it even has a keyboard upstairs that my kids LOVED. The beds are all comfortable with extra linens/blankets available. Being in Hyannis, it is a central location close to multiple restaurants with harbor or ocean views, a really nice shopping mall, Starbucks, Trader Joes and innumerable unique local boutiques. We easily could have had two families stay, as it comfortably sleeps 10 and has plenty of room for 2+ cars. There are also two more outdoor seating areas, one with a large gas grill and another with a fire pit perfect for s'mores.

What a great job of providing all the modern amenities and still maintaining that Cape Cod charm. I rarely write reviews, but it was our first time on the Cape and we fell in love the area and the home….so much so, we've already inquired about next year! show more show less

We have been coming to the cape for a few years now and I can't describe how lucky we feel to have found this gem of a place. It's literally steps from the beach. Not an exaggeration. My kids would go back and forth all day. There was no need for the arduous packing of the car every morning. In addition Main street is an easy walk. As a side I was so pleasantly surprised to find so many nice restaurants on Main Street. As if the location wasn't amazing itself, the house is really well decorated and equipped. Other houses we have stayed on the cape before always seem to have a hodge podge of furniture, appliances in disrepair. We have gotten used to this because we think oh well we are here for the beach. Not this house. Every room is beautifully furnished and it was so nice to just sit around in the lovely living room, reading a book on one of the rainy days, watching the ferries go by. The hosts are very nice and went out of the way to make us feel welcome and I loved their little informational brochure.

Clean & beautifully updated Cape house. Perfect location across from the beach. It's close to downtown. the ferry terminal, shopping & dining. Beds were very comfy & all the updated amenities are too many to list! The kitchen has all the supplies including all the necessities in the pantry. The grill on the patio was a big hit. We could work from home since the wifi was fast & they even have a Firestick on the big TV so we were able to catch our favorite shows in the evening. The owners were terrific.

We loved everything about this rental. We will definitely be back! Thanks again. Can't wait till our next visit. show more show less
