We have an amazing townhouse for rent in Hyannis!

This multi-level unit has 2 bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a loft with a sofa that can sleep 1-2, and 2 pullout sofas that can sleep 1 each. There is a beautiful rooftop deck as well as a patio area. Less than a one minute walk to a private beach and a heated outdoor pool. Short walk to Veteran’s Park and Kalmus Beach and 0.5 miles from Hyannis Harbor. Walking distance to Main Street which has popular restaurants and a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. This property may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges due to stairs (young children and/or elderly).

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only (check-in after 3pm, check-out before 11am).

This unit has air conditioning on all levels, Wi-Fi and basic cable. Sorry but no pets and no smoking in the unit or on the premises.

This condo is on floors 1-4 of 4.
