Perched just steps from the private neighborhood beach, along the picturesque Nantucket Sound and minutes from the harbor and Main Street, our home is the perfect location to explore the Cape and the Islands!
After a sunny and relaxing day on the beach, come back to a secluded outdoor shower and enjoy happy hour on the patio with peeks of the ocean. No need to go out to dinner, the house is fully equipped with a grill and sparkling, well-stocked kitchen.

With plenty of room for the whole family, on the first floor you will find a master suite with a queen bed and attached bath. There are also two additional nicely sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a room for the kids with a bunk and a twin bed. On the second floor there is another comfortable, private suite with a queen bed and a home office attached. You will also find a stunning great room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a full wet bar. This area is perfect for playing games or watching a movie! French doors lead to a spacious deck with breathtaking neighborhood and Nantucket Sound views.

The Sand Piper has parking for a maximum of 4 cars and can accommodate 8-10 guests. No smoking, parties/events or pets. Cleaning fee included in price.
