Come spend your summer vacation in our lovely beach ranch! Summer Belle offers central A/C with a total of 3 bedrooms along with 3 bathrooms for easy accessibility & comfort.

Main bedroom includes a sky lighted vaulted ceiling and exposed beams with a queen bed and private 3/4 bathroom. Another bedroom includes twin bunk beds great for the kiddos! Final bedroom offers a twin over a double bunk. The second bathroom on first floor offers another step-in shower. Final bathroom with step-in shower is available on the ground (basement) floor. The basement includes a washer/dryer, a sitting area with a foosball/tabletop soccer table and walk-out basement. Add this to an outdoor shower coming soon!

The living room features plenty of natural light, two comfy couches & a vaulted ceiling with another set of exposed beams and a Smart T.V. with WiFi for easy streaming from your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon's Prime Video, Peacock, YouTube etc. accounts. The well stocked full kitchen features a dining space, granite countertops and a gas stove...great for preparing homecooked meals or ordering take-out/delivery from our local establishments. Make your way onto the partially fenced in peaceful backyard deck area (includes an easy-to-use Weber gas grill). Relax on the new Polywood patio set and enjoy an evening of refreshments after taking in all the sunshine!

Summer Belle offers a short and convenient 2.5-mile drive to Covell's Beach (a quieter resident beach which you can access with our 2024 landlord's beach pass, included!) & Craigville Beach(public). Throughout your stay, you may use the pass to explore all Barnstable beaches and ponds! Then relax after a day at the beach with the kiddos in the backyard making smores on the lovely firepit patio.

Enjoy dinner at local restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Hyannis (5-10min. drive). The Cape Cod Melody Tent is on West Main St. in Hyannis--only a 1.2 mile walk away from our home. They offer summer concerts and shows. Check their schedule online for more information. Evening stroll anyone? Steve & Sue's Par-Tee Freeze is less than 1/2 mile walk for ice cream and mini golf or visit the Barnstable Brewery in the same plaza. Visit the islands for a day of shopping or sightseeing by booking on Hy-Line cruises to either Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard.
