This charming home is ideally located to provide a wonderful Cape Cod experience. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the boundary between Hyannisport and Hyannis, and is just a few blocks from Eugenia Fortes Beach (f/k/a East Beach) and Keyes Beach and a short drive to downtown Hyannis (1 mile), Hyannis Harbor concerts, island ferries and golf courses. It is a ten minute walk to the Hyannisport pier and the Kennedy Compound.

The home contains three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one with twins), kitchen, living room, home office and a full bath on the main level. A half-bath is located in the large, finished basement/lower level, and there is a private outdoor shower just a few steps away from the lower entrance. The lower level also contains a laundry area, two twin beds, a pool table, and a sitting area with a large TV. Some family-friendly board games are provided in the living room upstairs. Between the two levels and the deck, this house has over 3000 sq ft of living and relaxing space.<br /> <br /> What sets this home apart from others are the sweeping views of Stewart’s Creek, visible from the enormous picture window in the living room, the floor-to ceiling windows in the home office, and the picture window in the eat-in kitchen. A favorite outdoor feature is the upper deck which includes comfortable seating and a large umbrella and is accessible from both the master bedroom and the home office adjoining the living room. That side of the house and the backyard both face Stewart’s Creek, so the deck provides privacy and a peaceful area to enjoy the views and the abundant bird life. <br /> <br /> The house has a patio just off the kitchen with a table and chairs, umbrella, and a gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, and pans, and has a gas stove/oven. A toaster oven, toaster, microwave oven, blender and separate wine refrigerator are also provided. Sheets, blankets, and towels (including beach towels) are provided. <br /> <br /> The Cape Cod Melody Tent, which has a variety of musical acts during the summer, and a fun Par 3 golf course are just past the other end of our street, about 2/3 mile away. <br /> <br /> The driveway can easily accommodate two cars, and another one or two could fit if needed. <br /> <br /> Well-behaved dogs will be considered but pre-approval is required. read more show less
