    The house is beautiful and was very comfortable, super clean and it felt brand new. We have stayed in a lot of rentals around cape cod and this is one of the best. It had everything we needed and was close to downtown and the beach. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer and taking advantage of the pool!

    We're a family from Central Massachusetts who recently purchased this home, and we're thrilled to share it with guests. With three boys and years of making memories on the Cape, we've always loved the beaches, the small shops, the bike paths, and the relaxed, coastal pace of life and this home is our way of enjoying all of that while offering it to others, too.

    We've put a lot of care into creating a comfortable, fresh, and welcoming space, complete with a beautiful backyard that's perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We'll also be vacationing here throughout the year, so you'll find thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home.

    We're excited for you to enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and everything the Cape has to offer. If you need anything during your stay, we're just a message away and always happy to help!


    What is special about this property?
    We absolutely love the backyard of this house! The heated pool and hot tub are very relaxing, and you are able to unwind after a day on the beach. There is an outdoor kitchen and plenty of lounge areas.

    What is special about your town?
    Located only a 5-minute walk to downtown Hyannis which offers lots of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques. In addition, the beaches are only 1 mile away which is ideal for an easy access.
