Escape to our house in picturesque West Hyannisport, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is situated on a semi private road with 4 other residential homes. Minimal car traffic makes it the perfect home for young children playing in the yard. Our home is centrally located to everything. It is a quick 1 minute drive to Craigville beach, a 5 minute drive to the Cape Cod Melody Tent and a 9 minute drive to the ferry.

The house has a large 3-season porch for enjoying the ocean breeze on those hot summer nights and adjustable windows when you don't want quite as much of a breeze.

Three comfortable bedrooms feature a queen, two full beds, and a twin; there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in the cozy living room, which includes a futon couch and a smart tv with streaming services.

A spacious backyard accommodates all types of outdoor games. Badminton, Bocce, volleyball, and Croquet are included with the rental. There is also a comfortable hammock for two under the backyard trees for relaxing on a lazy summer afternoon and an outdoor shower for cleaning up after a day at the beach. <br /> <br /> This enchanting home offers a cool retreat with air conditioning and ceiling fans. <br /> <br /> Whether you’re unwinding or gathering with loved ones, this phenomenal house provides a welcoming spot to create lasting memories.
